rude service. ordered three drinks. waited in line then after ordering lorelai tapped the tip jar while we were ordering. after that we absolutely did not tip. then when I asked for a receipt the other lady rolled her eyes and told me that it would be on my app instead of just handing me the paper copy. I worked for starbucks 4 years. and would never treat customers so poorly. awful service.

This place is filthy. There is garbage every where. There is no cream or sugar or stir sticks on the condiment bar. The employees seem rather unfriendly. Starbucks is not the super nice place to go to anymore. Extremely disappointed at the poor quality and service and still super high prices.

My spouse and I bought simple drinks, but frankly his was overly sweet with too much syrup and mine tasted like burnt coffee. We made a quick stop for a warm drink because of the cold but regretted spending $12 on such an order. Waste of money sadly.

The best starbucks I’ve been too! Excellent customer service, I loved my drink, AND they had free samples!! The mint frappe was phenomenal and so was the pistachio cold brew. 10/10

I ordered a shaken espresso w cold foam and 3/4 of my drink was cold foam. I asked for no ice and it was completely filled w ice. I basically paid $6 for heavy cream and ice

They did not honor the refill policy, had an iced coffee and was shopping in target and got told that they don’t do that there
