Had a large to go order. I ordered everyone the same meal to make it easy. Nothing different. The 3 orders before me were messed up, like wrong sandwiches, etc. So I checked my order. I was short and had to wait until someone noticed me still standing at the counter to get it fixed. This was at 7 PM so it's not like it was the 5:00 rush. Order fixed but they definitely need better training.

The food was actually tasty. I ordered the garlic burger and fries. The burger had flavor. I'm not a burger fan but I love garlic 😋. I enjoyed it. So much that I've considered driving 20 minutes to get another one. Good job Steak 'n Shake! And thanks!

Steak and shake used to be the best place to go eat. Now, they have done away with tableside ordering, and it feels like going to a cafeteria being run by the children.

After taking a year off because of bad service, I decided to give them another chamce. The lady that took my order, asked me what condiments. The guy at the window gave me the exact opposite. Attention to detail is not there. I'm just I didn't miss anything this year.
