Every time I order online something is always missing, this time I'm missing two of the cookies that I paid for an upcharge for on my order and they have no way to report that online. You get stuck with a stupid bot that refuses to connect you to a person because you don't even have the option to try and connect to a person. You can't report anything missing online because neither the app nor the website will let you do it therefore you are out the money you paid for the up charge or just the item in general. This happens every time I order from this place whether it be a missing item or bad quality ingredients. This will be my last order here cuz I'm tired of this.

Talk about overpriced....... smallest building in the world and parking or access to this building is a nightmare..... forget about quickness when they have online orders and 2 staff members!!!!!!

I'm tired of giving this place money and not getting what I ordered. On multiple occasions I have ordered, online, the 12 inch Philly with double meat. I have yet to receive any with double meat unless I order it in the store. Apparently their employees are a little slow... or they are dishonest and taking meat home with them. My advice is never order online.

Worst/slowest service I have ever had at the lake area. Ordered sandwiches online 25 minutes before arriving, waited an hour in total to finally get (2) 6 inch sandwiches. They acknowledged my arrival, yet there were customers who arrived while I was awaiting my sandwiches, ate their food, and left before my sandwiches were even started. At one point one took a quick break, and one checked their phone still without even making my sandwich. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and be patient but this was absolutely atrocious of a service. The online order system should be such an easy system to utilize yet these employees seemed incompetent. I know it’s stated time and time again but I am a local who genuinely enjoys subway every now and then but after 2 bad experiences within a couple months, I will not be returning to this location until management gets better help. To close, the sandwiches were subpar compared to previously made sandwiches.

No signage that they don’t take large bills, we had to go elsewhere to break a bill just to pay after our order was fulfilled (and during rush hour lunch traffic). The woman taking the order was rude and stand offish. The toaster does not toast the bread as it should, leaving it mushy. Not enough toppings making the sandwich thin. The meat was dry and seemed as it was old. Very disappointed in the lack to go above and beyond.

Harley had such an attitude, no customer service skills. Throwing any item that didn't need to be used or was empty.

Ridiculously rude ladies serving customers. No one in line when I arrived, though no one spoke a word to me for almost 10 minutes as they made a previous order. I should have left, but didn't. Between the bickering between ladies and the eye rolls from my server it was obvious courtesy was long forgotten trait. These ladies should consider working somewhere where interaction with the general public is limited or perhaps the DMV. I was thanked as paid for my meal....win.

Great manager and assistant!
Have been to this location twice in the past month. Both times I have been greeted very rudely. Only one person was working both times and was very busy. As a food industry worker I understand being busy. But you can at least acknowledge when people walk in. I will not be returning to this location. The employee working on my most recent visit 04-28-25 greeted me saying “let me guess you aren’t an online order. it will be a while before i get to you, just like i told everyone else” These people need to learn customer service skills.
Great subway, very friendly staff, and always clean. I've never had an issue with this location.
