Food is good, came in and came out during a road trip. There was only one person working when I went in for dinner. He seemed stressed and confused when working but it was clear he was trying his best. Made small talk with him, nice young man. Would recommend scheduling staff more regularly so there are enough in a shift and they are all properly trained. Shame on management. 👎

Normally I don't care to leave poor reviews, the guy working here was not happy to be there. I asked what cookies they had and he shrugged his shoulder and turned away and never answered me. Then when he asked what i wanted I told him and he reacteoffendeddegraded his grandmothers fried chicken. I'm not going back to this place.
Parking: The parking lot is severely angled and difficult for a handicap to walk it. There is a handicapped spot but when someone parks next to it you can't park there

Disappointing Experience We reached at 9:04 PM, and the staff informed us they were closed. If the actual closing time is 9:00 PM, why is it listed as 9:30 PM on Google? It's incredibly frustrating, especially since we drove 250 miles to get there. Please update your timings accurately to avoid misleading customers and causing inconvenience.
And also this guy's behavior is very rude. He doesn't even know how to talk with customers.

I go to this subway a lot. I've hardly ever had a problem. But I'd like to address the fact that management needs to step up. Ive came in many times and there's no staff. I understand that you could be short but to have a young man by himself on a Friday night during the summer is ridiculous. Not only did my order not get when ordered at 4:34 pm and said done at 5:05 it still wasn't done by 5:20. I don't know a lot about staffing but even I can understand it will be busy and you need more than one person. The young man that served us was very kind and you could tell how stressed he was by the amount of sweat on his head and the way he was panting as he frantically walked back and forth between making sandwich and the mobile orders.
Just not what it should be. We ordered on line for a picnic. We opened our bag and the sauces were put on way too much ... Just
