From out of state and as soon as we got out the vehicle (which there was alot of us) and inside the store the we heard the employees, immediately start trash talking about how many there was of us....first order we got was wrong and it ended up being a huge problem for the employees and they continued to make smart remarks about the first order being wrong under there breath everytime one of our orders was up. Every order after that was not right, we just bit our tongue and got our food and left. 10/10 customer service sucked

Let’s start from the beginning…the guy taking our order in the drive thru was rude. After we would tell him an item he would then say “and then” before we even finished. Pulled up to the window and that same guy kept giving my husband dirty looks. We asked for a handful of sauce and received 6. Got home and nothing was in the correct wrappers and the tacos had almost no meat in them (see picture). It’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to deal with rude people (if you don’t like your job then don’t work in the service industry) but then pay high prices for an item that is missing its main ingredient. Taco Bell will NEVER receive my business again. I would choose no stars for everything if I could.

Every time I come here they forget items on my order. Today it was a 2pc cinnabites and, get this: literally the meat in one of my tacos (it was just lettuce and cheese- they literally left the meat out, which defeats the purpose)! I grabbed my food on the way to pick my son up from work so I could eat while I wait on him, and I can't even call ahead to see if i can get them because their phone has been busy for the last 30 minutes. This location is trash- there are plenty of great local Mexican places around here where you can get WAY better, AUTHENTIC tacos for your money. Support local and forget these guys.

45 dollars worth of food thrown altogether in the bag, half of their packages were partially open, forgot sauce, forgot two hard tacos and a 5 layer burrito, no receipt given so can't go back. And that was just the last time. Before that went to kiosk and ordered just one taco, chose cash option, sat back and waited, and waited, and waited for nearly 15 minutes. Went back up to counter and they got on to me because I didn't inform them ahead of time that I was paying cash. They didn't put my order in until it was paid for despite me ordering on kiosk at the counter, had to wait another 10 minutes. So nearly half an hour spent waiting for one taco.

You order off of a computer screen, and I will say it was confusing but doable lol,the food was really good and that is saying something ?
Ordered mobile waited longer than usual. Ordered 2 sides of fiesta between the 2 it was enough to fill 1 side. Ordered the veggie power bowl didn’t get any beans in it. Would have returned but I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. Staff seemed very lost.
