went in for a crunch wrap and crunch wrap was not on menu. We were met with VERY POOR SERVICE. Everyone was really rude and very unhelpful but peter helped us after and we were VERYYY PLEASED with his service (would have rated one star if not for him). He was a very kind gentleman. This is the kind of dude i would want working in my business.

Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes for our food, we were missing multiple items, every single item was cold. Everything looked disgusting and against our better judgement still chose to eat it and got food poisoning. Have reached out 3 times and not heard anything. Do not eat here

I waited twenty minutes for a doordash order, and ended up leaving before it was ready. I don't know what was going on. It's a Sunday night, and it seems like their C-squad was working. I'm not even sure there was a manager on duty. The place was a total clown show. And, to top it all off, the restaurant was filthy.

Worst fast food place at the lake. It will take you 30 min to get food even if they have 30 people working. Literally the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. Avoid at all cost.

Both Taco Bells are filthy places. I normally use the drive thru. Had to go in, days earlier we ordered to go...When we got home our Chulpa's were stale and cold. Anyway when went in , I was shocked at how filthy the floors and the tables not much better. There were at least 20 people waiting for orders...Chulpa's were fresh food was ok..appreciate the manager Gabby replacing our order.....

Had to leave my car parked in their lot overnight because it broke down. Went to fix it in the morning with my dad and while we were working on it a female blond manager took our picture. Went inside to ask about it and she told me she took it as a joke. Tried to tell her it made me uncomfortable but before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said it was public property. The whole time she was passive aggressive and rude. If you want good customer service go anywhere but here.

Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I won’t be surprised when this place is shut down. Had several allergic reactions from them not getting my order right. So I started informing them of my allergy. They chose to cancel my order after waiting 20 minutes and then refused me service because I told them to get that shit right!
Staff was very friendly and polite but second time we’ve went here she been told they’ve ran out of all meat. We had tacos with cheese and lettuce:(

I wish I could give this zero stars! My quesadilla wasn’t cut so I asked them how they would like me to cut it. They said don’t worry they will remake it (I just wanted a knife). By the time the people I was with finished eating and I still haven’t recieved the quesadilla mine was now cold. So I went up there again and asked for a knife to cut my cold quesadilla since they obviously weren’t going to remake it. (This means from walking from the counter to the back they “forgot”) That wasn’t even the worst part. We wanted to sit inside and eat because they typically mess up our order and we have had to drive back way to many times that we now ONLY eat inside where we can go get our order fixed. EVERY SINGLE TABLE AND THE FLOOR was covered in nasty leftover food crumbs and sticky gunk. We had to clean our own table. We are both disgusted and disappointed!

$70.00 for 4 for fast food lunch is a bit high. Definitely won't come back at that price. I'd rather go somewhere with table service for that price which can be done easily.
