Looks like Taco Bell is going the way of Subway for me, not buying it anymore. You don't get what you pay for. Prices are too high. Crunchwrap was so flat and deflated, tacos were wet and soggy and stuck to the paper wrapper. Spent $30 and it was disappointing.

I am here to tell you, I could have had several complaints but I'm just easy going so I keep ny mouth shut and just deal with small stuff no matter how many problems there is. However when I am eating inside a restaurant and hear and see a young kid they were calling the manager I'm not sure what he is but his name was Syler I heard them mention his name talking to him several times while I was eating my food. If my daughter was working here and he talked to her the way he was talking to those girls the day I went in, I would absolutely be in an orange jumpsuit. How can you allow your management to speak to your employees that way, listening to him he was cocky, mouthy, disrespectful, and downright ignorant to those girls. All of them girls were treated like this the entire time I was there and it was to the point I almost said something myself so I just left. Do better taco bell this is suppose to be your manager, the face of your store. Once I came to post a review and seen all the others I am surprised this place is still open to be honest, such a shame. I have a 17 year old daughter so it upsets me to hear and see young ladies spoken to and treated this way. I will definitely never be coming back to eat here horrible experience.

I'm just not a fan .....feel like the price is always to high. I really hate the lobby and trying to order using the app, if I come inside or if I have custom order it's difficult. I sat behind an older couple trying to order but couldn't figure it out!!!!

Whoever is manager needs to learn how to make sure there is enough people to work shouldn't have to wait on food for over 30 minutes and top that off place is disgusting
went in for a crunch wrap and crunch wrap was not on menu. We were met with VERY POOR SERVICE. Everyone was really rude and very unhelpful but peter helped us after and we were VERYYY PLEASED with his service (would have rated one star if not for him). He was a very kind gentleman. This is the kind of dude i would want working in my business.

Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes for our food, we were missing multiple items, every single item was cold. Everything looked disgusting and against our better judgement still chose to eat it and got food poisoning. Have reached out 3 times and not heard anything. Do not eat here

Horrible customer service went through the long drive thru line 3 different times and they still couldn’t get our order right before we gave up waiting in the line again. An hour and money wasted……

I waited twenty minutes for a doordash order, and ended up leaving before it was ready. I don't know what was going on. It's a Sunday night, and it seems like their C-squad was working. I'm not even sure there was a manager on duty. The place was a total clown show. And, to top it all off, the restaurant was filthy.
