Food was great but I had to pay with a half ziplock bag of change because that’s all I had at the time while being broke and needing something to eat and there was nobody behind me at the time and the cashier told me to park so they could count it and the manager who was a lady came out and gave me attitude and told me she shouldn’t have accepted it and it was rude and it’s just a fast food restaurant, my thing with previously being a cashier myself is I get it can be stressful especially if there’s a lot of people which it was just me in line but my other thing is usually cashiers are in need of change a lot of the time and I had said I’m sorry to the cashier ahead of time so like why did the manager herself give me attitude???? 🤬🤬🤬

We had 2 Boobook coupons and ordered 2 Biggie Bags (both with Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, BBQ sauce), a Spicy Chicken Combo with Baconator Fries and an Orange Hi-C, plus 2 Junior Chocolate Frosties. We were literally shorted one cheeseburger, and everything we did get was ice cold. The only good thing was the drinks and the Frosties.
I called the store right away to let them know, and the lady hung up on me twice. When I finally got through, she told me, “Do you wanna drive back up here?” and then hung up before I could even respond.
On top of that, when we were there, the staff was clearly on something. They were bouncing around, laughing, and joking like teenagers at a bus stop and clearly dont care about there customers or the food there serving.
This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Missing food, cold food, and absolutely horrible customer service. I hope corporate sees this because something needs to change at this location.

If they actually get your order right, it's fine. The problem is they mess up the order more than half the time. That's just on basic orders with no modifications. If you ask for any kind of modification (ie no tomato, no ketchup, etc), about 80% of the time they'll give you the exact opposite of what you ordered. I've had to throw out food ob multiple occasions because they put something I can't eat on it. Be very, very wary if you have any kind of allergy.
Foods what you expect from Wendy's. If you like it, great, if not, taco bells next door lol

I ordered 2 breakfast combos at 7.99 each before I did a medium upgrade. My problem is this, How can 2 combo meals on the board say they are the same price but once you pay for it one meal is more expthen the other? I went in to talk with them about it and all they would say it was for the upgrade charge from small to medium. That makes no sence since I upgraded both of them. Wendy's is scamming people out of their hard earned $$$ and they are in denial about it!
