Wobbly Boots, in my opinion, has some of the best barbecue and smoked meats around. The place is generally very busy, but usually there are seats available. My son and I went there for lunch. I tend to get the smoked salmon salad because it's delicious.

Our waitress was awesome. The food was good. My pet-peeve complaint, however, is the rude hostess who seated us. I thought maybe it was just us, but I watched her seat other people in the restaurant, and she has to be rudest and most unfriendly hostess I have ever seen in this operation. Operation. She's the first face you see, and she certainly was not friendly. She didn't make any conversation or even acknowledge the people she was seeding. She simply grabbed menus and walked to a table and expected people to follow her. Not cool. We have eaten here for several years and we drive quite a long ways to come here. Since we are just north of Springfield, Missouri. Perhaps someone can help her become better at her job or perhaps this is not the best job for her.

We ate here twice during our week long vacation. Servers are absolutely amazing. The bussers don't stop running. You just don't get this kind of service anymore. They were ALL top notch!! I highly recommend this place!
