Ordered 60 wings for pickup at 4:45 pm to take to an event, showed up at 4:50 and they apparently hadn't even been started, order was paid for in full already and restaurant wasn't even busy, it is currently 5:15 pm, 30 minutes past the pick up time and we are still waiting for our order, we asked the employee to go back and check on it and they came back out and told us it would be another 10-15 minutes and now we are late to our own event we are supposed to be hosting. We had to leave without the wings cause people are already showing up to our event so now we are having to call friends to have them pick them up on the way to our event. Unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. Hoping they will at least make an effort to take responsibility for this mistake as we also tipped on the order before arriving to pick it up...

Great food and good atmosphere. The fried pickles were really good. The prime rib French dip was fantastic and would highly recommend if you're on the fence. For dessert, the chocolate cobbler was really good. Some at the table got the pecan pie and said that was great as well.

We dine out in a lot of restaurants, and it is easy to spot a well-run establishment. This is easily one of the best we have been to. The staff was hustling, but friendly and engaging. The service was quick. We started with crab-stuffed mushrooms which were amazing, the mozzarella perfectly browned. I ordered the hand-cut ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection. Perfectly tender, easy to cut, wonderful flavor. I 100% recommend this place.

The service was friendly. The atmosphere is road house style. Food came out cold. Did not see a manager. Server gave us a 10% discount. Shocked that there was a 6% service fee. That is double anyone else is charging for using a CC.

Great food, service & atmosphere! My server Katy C was awesome, very attentive & pleasant. Had the open faced meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes & very tasty green beans - it was awesome. Smoked, had a nice bark on it & great flavor - itlooked so good I forgot to take a pic before I dug in as couldn't wait to try it. Got a piece of bourbon pecan pie to take back to my hotel room for dessert. Highly recommend, I'll be back next time I'm in Osage Beach.
Takeout service is terrible. I placed a carry out and they did not have my drink. Got home and realized I had no dressing for my salad, which I ordered extra for. When I called, I didn’t even get an apology. Just asked if I was coming back to get them.
