I visited this store today @ 4:30 pm and I was the only one in the store. Two workers in the store working the drive thru. While I was there waiting to be served. No one greeted me or said anything to me. So I decided to go as I was leaving another customer was coming in as I was leaving. So I turned around and came back in behind the customer. She was greeted as she was coming in and she told them to wait on me since I was already there?. I will not go to that store again. Poor customer service

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. There were no other customers in the store, one customer in the Drive-Thru, and two employees. One employee was helping the customer in the Drive-Thru, he appeared to be sleepwalking. The other employee was packing a quart of ice cream, he appeared to be frustrated and unhappy. After about 5 minutes the one packing the quart aknowleged my presence. Not long after that the other employee finished up with the drive-thru customer and went and hid in the back. It went down hill from there. I left without being served. Avoid this location at all costs.

Always great service when my daughter and I come.... I watched George through the window making the ice cream and he is very thorough. My cup was full and he cleaned up the extra ice cream on the sides of the cup twice before bagging my items. Thank you for your great customer service.

I read the reviews before we left the house this evening. I thought I'm sure they have to have product to make a sundae, after all they are an ice cream store. We arrive and want to go in and see all the flavors, the doors are locked. We go through the drive thru, and my husband orders a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae, and the man tells my husband, "we don't have any hot fudge". How does Baskin Robbins not have any hot fudge??? We left and went to Dairy Queen, we will never go back.

Always out of product for D&D. Showed up w/my kid today for ice cream but we’re sent away because they were closed, yet door was open. When I said can I just buy a vanilla ice cream for my kid, she said no.
Well noticed doors locked at 4:30pm. I then looked inside one lady was laying in the seat. I went to the drive-through then set in line for 15 minutes. I luckily nobody was behind me to where I could back up and leave. This place I will never go back. I will let everyone know that workers here don't care and are lazy.

I like baskin robbins but it seems that this place is no longer in business. The sign said open and google maps said open but allDoors were locked( I tried every door and it was locked ). I let good no they should show this business as closed.

Open til10 NOT! Drive through in Overland at 9:20 said she was closed due to short staff! No line and all I wanted was a pint of ice cream. However, the lights and open sign we’re still on! Seriously! You just list a loyal daily customer!

How can they have a stale waffle cone. The ice cream was great but the cone was so stale I had to throw it away. Be sure to take a bite before you drive out of drive through. The staff was really nice so no reflection on them.
