BF & I both got a double scoop. I had the pink bubble gum and the wild and crazy sherbet. He had the Cherry Jubilee and World Class Chocolate. So delicious. Still perfect when it was delivered. Exactly what we wanted. Will order a bunch more times 🍦 🍨 🍦

I visited this store today @ 4:30 pm and I was the only one in the store. Two workers in the store working the drive thru. While I was there waiting to be served. No one greeted me or said anything to me. So I decided to go as I was leaving another customer was coming in as I was leaving. So I turned around and came back in behind the customer. She was greeted as she was coming in and she told them to wait on me since I was already there?. I will not go to that store again. Poor customer service

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. There were no other customers in the store, one customer in the Drive-Thru, and two employees. One employee was helping the customer in the Drive-Thru, he appeared to be sleepwalking. The other employee was packing a quart of ice cream, he appeared to be frustrated and unhappy. After about 5 minutes the one packing the quart aknowleged my presence. Not long after that the other employee finished up with the drive-thru customer and went and hid in the back. It went down hill from there. I left without being served. Avoid this location at all costs.

Always great service when my daughter and I come.... I watched George through the window making the ice cream and he is very thorough. My cup was full and he cleaned up the extra ice cream on the sides of the cup twice before bagging my items. Thank you for your great customer service.

I read the reviews before we left the house this evening. I thought I'm sure they have to have product to make a sundae, after all they are an ice cream store. We arrive and want to go in and see all the flavors, the doors are locked. We go through the drive thru, and my husband orders a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae, and the man tells my husband, "we don't have any hot fudge". How does Baskin Robbins not have any hot fudge??? We left and went to Dairy Queen, we will never go back.

Always out of product for D&D. Showed up w/my kid today for ice cream but we’re sent away because they were closed, yet door was open. When I said can I just buy a vanilla ice cream for my kid, she said no.
