The young lady taking orders was rude from the jump. Took over 5mins to place an order. Had to keep asking was she ready. She got the order wrong once I saw my receipt. When I finally told a young man it was wrong. She attempted to pull him from the window. I guess to confront me about what I said. I explained to him. He fixed it no biggie it was a small issue. this place is a bit ridiculous regarding their speed of service. I understand that it is dinner rush, but then you make sure you have enough to support that rush. I waited in line inside for 15 before getting to give my order. Only 2 people in front of me. I placed my order at 6:45 and didnt get my complete order until 7:10
Drive thru is taking almost 45 minutes to an hour to make it thru. A truck that was in line when I came In had 2 cars in front. That person was still waiting...read full review
