I visited this location for the first time today and received some of the best service I have ever had from a Burger King. The two associates specifically- Tia and D-Man had great customer service! I was greeted with warm smiles and super fast service! Not to mention, my food was made very fresh!

Our experience at this location was exceptional. The manager went above and beyond for her customers. She multi-tasked between drive thru, taking, bagging orders, and ensuring Door Dash orders go out in a timely manner. We appreciate her friendly and upbeat demeanor. We witnessed her give support and encouragement to her staff during her evening shift. We accommodated us during our wait. We love that she was very patient and gave us fresh food. My daughter came in to try the Spongebob meal and she was pleased with the food and service from today. Thank you Burger King, we will return soon.

This location is a complete joke and should honestly be reported and shut down. I waited OVER 30 MINUTES for fast food while employees wandered around out of uniform, bare-handing food, and running in and out of the restaurant like it was a hangout spot instead of a job.

The place was dirty, unsanitary, and flat-out disgusting. Watching workers touch food with their bare hands in this filthy environment made my stomach turn. This is basic food safety, and they failed at the bare minimum.

And the manager? Useless. Sitting in the back doing absolutely NOTHING while the front of the store fell apart. Customers waiting forever, orders backed up, staff completely out of control — and she couldn’t be bothered to lead, help, or even pretend to care.

This wasn’t “busy.” This was lazy, negligent, and embarrassing. If this is how Burger King allows their restaurants to operate, they should be ashamed. I wouldn’t trust this place to serve a cup of water, let alone food.

Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Save your money, your time, and your health. This location is a health violation waiting to happen and the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had — by far.

We went to the Burger King on page in overland
We were two couples. We got our food in about 15 minutes. There was only one other person eating there. The other couple that ordered right after us had to wait over 50 minutes for their food. There were 3 people that came in after us
They got their food right away. There was no apology for the terrible service. We used to eat at this restaurant for years. NO more! If you want to wait for about a hour for your food and listen to the workers talking among themselves and not doing anything ,then this is the place for you! We are four very disappointed customers! I have no idea where the manager was!

None of my food was fresh. Asked for a remake. That’s wasn’t fresh neither. I believe they just warmed it up cause sandwich bread was tough and fries looked the same and wasn’t piping hot. My medium halfsie wasn’t medium neither . More like a small. Had more fries before the remake.
