Everything is bad, from the person who serves, the one who charges, and the one who delivers. They should either replace the staff or close this place. The food is bad, the fries really leave a bad taste in your mouth. They are slow, slow, and bad for a business.

It's 3/15/25. Just picked up my order! New girl asked me 4 times at drive up my order. 10 minutes later at home my order is totally WRONG !!! NO RECIEPT!!!!! WONT BE BACK! DIDN'T EVEN SAY "THANK YOU " !!! CALLED AND WENT TO VOICE MAIL!!!!!!

Came in and ordered one meal. Waited over 20 minutes and never got my food. I had to get back to work, and politely requested a refund. A worker in the back started throwing a tantrum about the refund and was screaming loudly about customers not having any patience. I didn't engage, and took my refund and left.

Sat down and waited for my food, at the same time, someone higher up in management came in and was talking to someone about how unacceptable it was that they didn’t have enough people to take care of the orders during peak hours.
It was unprofessional and many didn’t seem to care. If you enjoy wasting time, this is the place for you.
There’s other places that will take care of you in a timely manner.

I wish i could give this location a big ZERO star , i went there today feb 18th around 7:00-7:05 pm , terrible service the lady who gave me my order have a bad attitude,when I asked her “may I have some ranch ?” She just walked away after rolled her eyes at me came back with the ranch without saying at word like huh?the register had bad presentation looks like they just hiring anybody ,The food was mad nasty , my whooper didn’t even have LTO or my extra pickles , overland was one of my fav locations fr but not after today , probably was just the people at that shift idk but they should do better ,that’s why they getting paid for :(
DON'T waste your time here. This is one of the WORST BK Stores!! No structure, No management...Who is running this place?! Twice, I haven't been able to order from the drive-thru, only mobile orders. Today, I went inside & had to WAIT 12mins for 3 ingredients: Bun, Cheese, One Patty. And the attitudes are very poor! I WON'T go back to this location, AWFUL!!

I went here for 2 DoorDash orders around 2pm. I checked in with an employee, gave the names of my DD pick up, then 25 minutes past the time that their orders were supposed to be ready when I asked about him they hadn't even begun making either one! This is so unacceptable! I stayed in contact with the customers and let them know what was going on and they both vowed never to order from this Burger King again due to similar experiences from this location in the past. So for a total of 2 whoppers, an onion ring in a cup of ice cream I waited for 45 minutes!! And let me add, they were not busy and I counted at least 8 employees! 😔
