The manager that was working the window 8/15/25 need to be we trained on proper etiquette and customer service She was very rude and very aggressive about items that I pay for that she got wrong. The younger generation worker needs Extensive training and communication skills Everything does not have to be taken out on your customer you chose that job not me

I just love the food. Fish is fresh and juicy. Shrimp is delicious. Hushpuppies are tasty. Coleslaw juicy and tasty.

Pulled up try to place a order they screamed thri where closed while another employee was outside screaming st the two cars there whei i looked over she screams at me didn't you hear where closed this wasnt the first time either the rude employees i dont know how they stay open i hope there corporate office see this review

I went to the location on Page when l tell you the food was horrible. I wish I didn't have to give 1 point it's more like zero for the food quality. I spent almost $50. My fries were hard and looked old, shrimp were greasy, chicken was over cooked. I spent over $3 for okra and got about 8 pieces. I promise you if my guy wasn't with me I would have gotten a refund but he was hungry. I definitely will be contacting corporate because the food was awful. As far as the young lady who took my order, she was pleasant. So at this point, I will continue patronizing Long John Silvers.

I pulled up to an empty drive through in my truck to take my order. I have a unique vehicle, steering wheel is on the right side and it sounds like a lawn mower when it’s running. Add the blow of the AC and I doubt either communicating party can hear a thing. After a min or so of waiting, I grew nervous that they had spoken or were speaking to me and it was coming out muffled. I went ahead and pulled forward to try and order at the window/explain the situation. I tried to be friendly, but the worker at the window seemed absolutely baffled that I pulled forward. Very rudely told me I needed to speak louder and that I had to order at the speaker. After a bit of silence I asked if I had to pull around and she said I HAD to order at the speaker and be louder. Fast forward, I pull around, wait, and then have to yell my order, all because the employee lacked the common sense to realize I pulled around because I could not hear her. So extremely mean and snotty to make me pull around. It was almost as if she was ready to have a fight with me. Never coming back here.

A honest to goodness fish fry, with jambalaya and veggies. I had a senior meal that was a generous portion. In a clean, upscale, fast food environment. The staff adds to it.

CORPORATE NEVER EMAILED ME BACK!!!!

Upon entering the guy in front of me was talked down to because he was deemed homeless, and they didn't want to be bothered by him. Today I had one of the rudest experiences I've encountered with customer service. Every time I go my food is messed up/missing items and/or cold. This place is ridiculous. I'm at the point that I will not return to this restaurant.

I ordered my food and I usually check it, but this time I didn't I was kind of in a hurry. When I got home I noticed an item was missing. I called and spoke to the manager and was told that they would replace my meal for the next day. So I went back up there the next day and they did not replace my meal. They just gave me the missing item. So I wasn't told the truth. When when it comes to customer service, when you inconvenience the customer, you're supposed to go above and beyond to rectify the issue because they had to go out of their way. I would not recommend this place, and will not be returning. Undercooked chicken!!!!! Here's a picture of the turd ball chicken they have me!

I tried to give them another try so I ordered their garlic fish and shrimp and it came with no garlic sauce but a bunch of sauces I didn't order. This place is just doomed.
