While I don’t go to Church’s every Sunday, I do worship at the altar of crispy, golden chicken whenever the spirit moves me—and let me tell you, the spirit moves often. Church’s isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a sanctuary where the holy trinity of crunch, flavor, and juicy goodness is alive and well.
The biscuits? Divine. The chicken? Baptized in flavor and fried to salvation. The sides? So good they make you speak in tongues (mostly “mmm” and “oh wow”). I once saw a drumstick so glorious it nearly converted a lifelong vegan. True story.

Most employees are pleasant at this location. What I order is usually recently or just cooked (legs), you have to watch out for the biscuits though, I've gotten a biscuit that had been sitting for awhile ( a couple of times). Also, I have been there a few time where I've had to wait for more than 15min. Could use a face lift.

On October 24,2025 at approximately 5:50p. I purchased dinner from Church’s chicken in Overland Missouri (restaurant # 00515). I ordered 4 legs and 4 wings mild with 5 biscuits and two apple pies. Not only was part of my order missing, the chicken was SPICY, DRY/ and of poor quality. I made an attempt to contact the store however the number listed on the receipt was out of service. Since I was unsuccessful reaching the store by phone, I called the corporate office. At this time I am still waiting for them to offer some sort of compensation to get this resolved.

Came in, placed an order; it came up pretty quickly. The fried side(s) were cooked to order and were hot in the bag. Service was OK no complaints. The server was polite. The grease that the food was cooked in left an after taste and smell (reused oil smell and taste). That would be my only complaint.
