The parking is terrible! The area is a little sketchy, too. The guy that took our order was incredibly nice and accommodating. To no fault of his, the food wasn't fresh.

I bought a chicken meal for my father. They had an advertised special. I asked the manager if she could give two of the same pieces. She had a very nasty attitude. I think she was having a bad day or just tired of answering the same question. Each encounter with a customer is an opportunity to make that person's day. It takes a special type of person to deal with the public. I am grateful that I am old enough to remember customer service.Parking: I saw a few parking spaces on the front side.

I've been to many different 'Low income' areas for Church's Chicken. This location Is Decent at best with 3/5 service, my food was over cooked (Over Fried Okra) which was a first Anywhere.. chicken strips were chewy, so 2/5 and Parking is a Nightmare and very small facility even for a Grab and Go Chicken Joint.

Made an advance order online set for 1:30 PM. When we arrived at 1:30 it took several minutes to even be waited on. Then to find the order had not even been started. It was not ready until 2:15 pm. The staff was very rude to make matters worse.
