All I wanted was a coffee. It was a bit bitter and seemed old. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was quickly welcomed as I entered the establishment. I can't speak for the feel or vibe as it was just I and the workers in the building, but the restaurant as clean.

This dunkin is the bomb. Special shout out to the guy who mans drive thru and exclaims “welcome to dunkin, the greatest place on earth”. Makes my day every time, especially got me once when it was pouring down rain.

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars. This gas to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world. First, I was overcharged for my pumpkin spice drink. Second, the drink wasn't made correctly. It took three guys to concoct this horrible, deplorable experiment!!!!! The guy at the window kept looking intently into my car. What the what!!!! I took a couple of sips and concluded they didn't have a clue about what they were doing. They must be still open to get Covid relief money. The place was smelly. Thumbs down for this place. It's not a restaurant it's a sham.

I really had a good experience there last week and thought I should leave a good review since most people only think to leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I've eaten at Dunkin' donuts since I was in high school. I'm long out of high school but still enjoy the donuts. This location has been understaffed for a while but I still go there even though it might take an extra minute or two. I could tell that the guy behind the counter was slammed yet he had a great attitude and was very professional in spite of his lack of help that morning. I've been in the service industry for 40 years and can spot a good employee and a bad employee right away. Even though the guy was slammed he kept a level head and my experience was excellent. I must have looked a little down that morning because he made polite conversation and smiling said, "enjoy the coffee and donuts and have the best day ever." It really picked me up and made me smile. Thank you Alex. I appreciate your service and dedication to your job.

I spent $24, $23 and some change in here today June 23 of 2023 and I received the worst customer service through the drive-through. I don’t understand why people take these jobs and do not know how to deal with the public and I was pleasant. I spoke to her she did not speak back. Then she hand me my food and just close the window. No Customer Service at all.
