UPDATE: I'm not sure what happened about 6 months ago, but the quality of the food depreciated, the portion sizes became smaller and the chick that runs the register is extremely unpleasant. The last several times that I have been here, or attempted to order food, they have not been "open" despite it being within their posted hours of operation. Today, I spent $13 on an Uber to get to King Grill, which was supposed to open at 11:00. It is now 11:24 and the unpleasant register woman is sitting outside the front door saying they aren't open yet because "he isn't here yet". Thanks, yet again, King Grill, for wasting my time and money.

On Friday September 27, 2024. I purchased a cat fish fillet & shrimp combo.when I got to work and started eating the shrimp, I noticed that the shrimp where spoil rotten. I ask someone else to try one and that person almost vomit . I called them and advised them that they sold me some spoiled shrimp. All the woman could say is that she sorry. This restaurant, can not be allowed to sale spoiled food. This is pathetic, and could lead to food poisoning. Then she tell me she can not refund me my money back Wait a minute, if you sale rotten food to someone, you are required by Missouri law, to refund their money. This is now a case for the health department. And if anyone purchased shrimp on are after 9/27/2024, and got sick please do post a review.

I has the steak burger and it was absolutely delicious. And the fries were delicious.
The whole jack salmon fish was bland and my son had a Philly...he said it also was bland and not good. The only decent thing about our order were the fries.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Got the worst philly cheesesteak ive ever had. Asked for no onions, but they were there anyway. In fact there were two different types of onions in it. Small minced onions and big quarter slices. Not only that it tasted like an ashtray... it was appalling. Like they never cleaned their grill and burnt the meat. Fries were good but doesnt justify a 10 dollar philly.
