Decently short wait, good food. Only minor gripe was waiting 15+ minutes for a drink refill, but it was a busy evening.

Food was okay. Not the best quality meats. Broth for the hotpot was good. Service was abysmal. Server turned our grills off at the 90 min mark for some reason even though we werent done eating. Restaurant was not clean. A piece of meat was on the floor and multiple workers just stepped over it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. 1 hr later still no rice. The beef was inedible, we had to ask for drinks numerous times, pricing wasn't labeled clearly. You also don't have neighbors handicap accessible parking. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. Meat seems to be just leftover pieces. Old. NOT TO MENTION I SAW NUMEROUS SERVERS COME OUT OF THE BATHROOMS AND TOUCH THEIR FACE WITH THEIR HANDS. AND THEY PUT THE ORDER RESEIPTS ON TOP OF THE RAW MEAT.

Beautiful atmosphere, food was pretty tasty, we tried the hotpot option with the buffet bar. Unfortunately our table was cleaned prematurely by the busboy while we were at the buffet bar so we couldn’t finish our meal. The manager and our waiter were very good with their response and accommodated our meal so we will give this place another try.

The food itself was really great, really worth the price (we took the dinner combo at Thanksgiving day), our table was D3 with party of 9, came at 16:30-17:45.

We came before they were very busy, but the waiter Emily didnt give us any water and drinks immediately. We waited almost 20 minutes only for our water.

We waited another 15 minutes to get our soup, and she blamed us that we havent ordered via the tab
(The hotpot menu was not unlocked in the tablet and she didnt explain to us how and blamed us instead).
Very unprofessional of her, but we werent disappointed by the bbq so we didnt take it to our heart.

We got the soup 10 mins later, and the amount of foods served to us always come less than what we ordered via tablet.

Maybe it was one of their strategies as All you can eat restaurant, to increase profit, but why you just dont specify maximum order per time instead of only sending one of each order?

We were really really disappointed of the service, and they even added auto gratuity in the end for the extremely unsatisfactory service.

I know when things are busy, things get slow.
But at least let your customers get something to drink in the first place, than looking at the empty grill and eating chicken nuggets and kimchi from the buffet only.

2 stars only for the amazing taste and spacious parking space.

This place was amazing.
Service was 10/10. Hong was very friendly and helpful.

Food options were endless for both meat veggies. Sauce bar had a lot if varieties. They even had a dessert.

The overall experience was 10/10.

Decor and atmosphere are great and clean. Server always check if it’s okay and change the grill plate often. Weekday lunch is great value. Will try dinner option sometimes.

First time at KPOT. Went for the combo option in order to sample all the meat and veggie options. Szechuan spicy broth was good, but the Japanese Miso was way better. Prime Rib, Shrimp(head and tail), Hanger Steak, chuck tail, KPOT steak, Beef Bulgogi's and the Chicken Bulgogi's were all really good. Potatoes were too think for the grill and found they worked better in the hotpot.

Will definitely be back with family and friends. Such a fun and tasty dining experience.

Parking: Limited spots near the resturaunt, but plenty of spaces within a short walk.

I came here and ATE DOWN. I absolutely loved it. The experience was worth it alone. Highly recommend it.
