When we asked for more sauce and the carhop rolled her eyes at us. She gave us the wrong drink which was fine, mistakes happen. When we pointed it out she wanted our receipt and we couldn’t find it, so she just walked away. While we looked for the receipt I realized both drinks were wrong. Eventually we found it the receipt and had to ask them to come back. They asked for the drinks back after I had drank out of it already so I gave her a heads up but she didn’t really care lol. The food was cold and old so we went home to heat it up. We ended up tossing the drinks because the carhop was so rude to us we figured they spit it in.
Mistakes happen and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. We were understanding, we’ve worked customer service and know it can suck. But they treated us like we were stupid and an inconvenience for daring to point out we got the wrong drinks. I would understand if it were busy but we were literally the only car there. Work sucks but we were being nice and understanding. The whole thing was weird and unnecessary.
Edit: They gave us drinks someone else drank out of. We didn’t put straws in our drinks after the weird interaction and when we got home we noticed the straw hole had been broken like someone else put a straw through it already.

Best Sonic around!! Every time we go here the food is fantastic! It's always hot and fresh. I live a couple towns away so I drive a little ways but it's always worth it!! My son worked at the Sonic in Hannibal MO when we lived there and it is an excellent restaurant, the one on Page in Olivette in my opinion is even better. Thank you so much for making our food so good 😋

my family went to grab drinks for our long ride home. this location forgot our order that was placed online and we waited 20 minutes. after the 20 minute wait, we pulled around and hit the stall button to check on our order, the carhop seemed to be annoyed that we were asking for assistance. the order we received after his help was missing two items and when we asked about them, we were told the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn’t refund us for it that we needed to call the corporate number for that. overall, the service was mildly infuriating and disappointing.

Mannnnnn i told myself before I went here the other day drive to florissant cause last time I came here it was terrible service never even got to order, their staff is ridiculous and can't obviously do their job. This last encounter was yesterday for me and I did a online order it was not right first pulled up girl came out what's your name I say oh they gave your food away I'm sorry whatt 🤣🤣 girl fix it cause I don't have my food then I get it and didn't get all I asked for I was heated hit the bottom got it then left looking in my bad I realized I paid 3 dollars for some fries I didn't get I had to turn round I live 15 minutes from this location I get there told the guy like man for real? Then my slushies were just done. Terrible service will never come back, this location needs to do better look at your reviews 🤣 if you don't care close that thing your people don't care I could run the better myself. If I could give zero I would. Train your employees better if they can't do their job on a business stand point I don't know how this is open.
i’d give it 0 stars if i could. placed a mobile order, waited 30 minutes, got our order after flagging down a guy taking another car their order. turns out it was ready the entire time they just “didn’t know what to do with it” o.o okay. i asked for it to be remade, along with the drinks (even those were wrong). food remade, awesome, they didn’t even make the food right. didn’t enjoy any of that.

Pulled up to the “ eat here area “ and the guy was trying to take our order and he couldn’t hear what we were saying so a lady came out but she had a really bad attitude. The over all experience was not welcoming at all, in fact it was if we were ruining her day. What a shame.
