Filled thr milkshake up halfway and waited 40min for it.....
They forgot a drink for my delivery order. Then, they wouldn’t answer the phone to correct the problem.

Ordered medium onion rings, pickle fries and chicken tenders. I did not receive the onion rings and the pickle fries were so soggy, the food was not fresh and really disappointing. The missing onion rings is a bit too much

This place is a terribly bad joke. I went there on 12/11/24 and found out the type of people working in this restaurant. My entire order was wrong and when I asked for anything "they're out" so if you own this place you're about to go bankrupt. I will tell everyone I know about my terrible experience.

Didn't know you couldn't order at the stalls anymore or this sonic is just lazy. Came in at 6:30pm no signs showing you couldn't order at the stall. Like every fast food in St.Louis workers could care less about providing good service and want to just mess around. Food was mediocre just as well.

Something must be wrong with this location. 12:00 and I’m the only customer in stalls. Never seen a Sonic this vacant at any time. Lol
As a rule I don't particularly care for Sonic. And that's nothing to do with the food franchise or the fact that they almost died out a couple years back in my hometown area. It more along the lines has to do with the fact that the service is always been slow for me and that the people have always been very abrupt and rude.
This Sonic was none of those things. Sonic food has always been a type of comfort food for me They have tater tots that you can get loaded and about a million different drink combinations that you just have to think about for 5 seconds to get right. On paper Sonic should be a match made in heaven with my particularities. This has been the only Sonic that I have found that has been able to actually do itself justice.
The woman I spoke with his name was Dawn. She was very thorough and taking my order she was absolutely a treat to speak with and I don't know if I've ever felt like I was actually at a restaurant being at a fast food place more than I did today. You can just tell that she is a kind soul and if you stop and talk to her for more than 5 seconds you will find that your suspicions are correct. She was the sweetest human and she got my order right the first time which is honestly a miracle with today's fast food restaurants. So if you're in the area and you want some Sonic definitely stop here.

I have come here twice and both times they were out of stock of things and my order was wrong
placed an order with the app. Followed instructions from the app, said to pull into any stall, confirm the stall # & enter it into the app & a crew member will be with you shortly. My order was supposed to have been ready at 3:40pm. I got there at 3:45pm. I waited until 4 to even see what was taking so long. I called the store 3 times, no answer. So I got out & walked up to the door & knocked. it took another 10 mins before someone came out to assist me. Not only was the gentleman rude by loudly knocking on the window back at me, but he slammed open the door and just looked at me. "I apologize but I have an order thru the app & it said it would be ready at 340 it's now 415" & then gave him my name, was my response. He brought out my order. The fries were cold & the blasts were melty & one of the blasts was incorrect. i had already been there for 45 mins now. I was done and just wanted to go home. so I took my incorrect order & left.
