Tray or Devontay at the drive thru was very and after I repeated my order to him twice he still got it wrong and just gave me jalepeno poppers Instead of the chicken fingers and footling I ordered. Waited in line for an hour for nothing.

I sat at the drive-thru box waiting to have my order taken for about 6 minutes and then I looped back around. When I got back to the box someone said something finally but I couldn't understand them, they mumbled something again, and a third time. All I could make out was this is your last chance... I said I wanted to order a dirty Dr. Pepper, he yelled out "that it!" I was so taken back and now worrying about interacting with this man at the window, I was so uncomfortable. I put it in reverse and got out of there. ?

Sonic has delicious desserts & ice cream, slushes, drinks the food isn't bad however when you eat something from there then drink you soda or slush there is a bitter aftertaste. It's been that way for years no matter where I go. I think it's the grease they're using. I just started back eating it after like 18 years. I am careful about what I order to avoid that sour taste. My favorite thing from sonic is a strawberry cheesecake shake with a cherry & whipped cream

Used the mobile app to order food. Paid for the order. Pulled into the stall and put in the number like the app said to. Say 20 minutes waiting. The guy working the drive thru poked his head out the door and yelled at us that we had to pull through the drive thru to get our food. Go through the line. Get asked what we ordered were told he had to push it through explained we had already been charged for the food showed him the order and was told to just show him at the window so he could have them make it. Then when we are waiting in line another person comes out. Asks if we had door dash order. We told him no we ordered through the app. He then walked back inside comes back out and finally gives us our food. Which by this point has clearly been under a heat lamp to long. Onion rings were hard enough you could chip a tooth. Burger was dry. And tots were cold. And my cherry limeade now watered down. Overall worst experience I've had at this location. This just solidifies why I don't go to this location. Not happy with any of the experience and probably will not be bringing my business here ever again.

Ha! Just went to the drive thru in hopes of a large Ocean Water. The guy on the speaker said that the employees were working really hard inside, so he could not take my order. There was one other customer and a couple of guys standing by the door smoking weed. Work smarter, not harder, I guess.

A single medium shake ordered ahead on the app should not take more than 30 minutes after arrival to make!!! The wait for my shake was absolutely ridiculous!!! It was even delivered to the wrong car, then they tried to give me the shake after having first given it to someone else. Not even remotely safe in this age of COVID-19 and RSV!!! I will never return to this restaurant!

I googled what time does the store close and it says 9:00 p.m. so I go to get some Sonic and it's already closed at 8:30 that is ridiculous

The poor girl at the drive through must have been by herself, handling an old town car four deep who ordered like they were catering. She kept coming out trying to assist this one family and didn't address the other cars.. after a half hour, me and my 83 year old aunt gave up and left.

I started order in the drive in but had to wait for extended periods during my order several times before finally being told to go through drive thru. We did and still had to clarify our order because it was incorrect before we paid. Food was okay. I wouldn't recommend. Dirty and run down and it was me and one other car there
