Took an extra 10 minutes to get my order, and when I got back to work and opened my bag they gave me the wrong order. The soda fountain machine was out of more drinks than ones that they had. Also in the last 4 months I've been there 3 times and every time they have no ice.

I had boneless chicken, it was horrible. It was so oily. I had spicy and it wasn't spicy and I had the blue cheese for my dip. That blue cheese tasted nasty. All I tasted was oil. It was barely even sauce on my chicken. It was not good at all. The only good thing about that was my delivery drive. He was so nice and that was the only good thing that I like.

Everytime I go into order they're only accepting mobile orders. Don't waste your time here, total vive from the employees is they can't be bothered to do anything

If I could rate negative 100 I would manager was extremely rude over the phone when trying to order food and food is shitty. Wing stop needs to hire new people if you can’t speak to customers like you have some sense or you need to be removed. So sad that used to be my favorite place and it’s just gone to shit due to more management and staff.

My wife placed this order. When I came in to retrieve our food I was told you ran out of wings and your manager went to get more. I was told the order would be cancelled. My wife was still charged.
She called into the restaurant the next week after the charge posted and was hung up on by staff who thought she wouldnt come up there in person. She went up there in person where she was told her story could not be verified and to submit a complaint to the corporate office.
It’s been over a week since her corporate office complaint and still no follow up. Check our history, we order here at least 1-2 times a month for YEARS. You’ve lost a customer, we will never order again because this is absurd.

Showed up on time to get my food, not only was it not ready, they hadn’t even started it, or anyone else’s who was waiting in the store. Guys who walked in after us got theirs almost immediately but they took 30 minutes to finally tell me they didn’t have chicken ready. The workers couldn’t have cared less about making the food. Sat on their phones and talked to each other instead of making any of the orders or people in the store. Not going here again

However, the restaurant atmosphere was totally inappropriate for dine-in guests. Loud, rude, profanity language from the front area.
No ice for customers- ice in bowl had melted so we scraped what we could. Employees had the benefit of getting canned sodas. However they were talking very horrible about the general manager

I placed an online order which was supposed to be ready at 7:40. When I arrived I was told along with other customers that they were out of wings and we would have to come back tomorrow to get our food. We all stood in line for a refund and Was told that we will have to wait on the manager to return to the store.After 10 minutes of waiting we were told that we couldn’t get a refund however the manager was getting ready to pull up with chicken. 30 minutes later the manager pulled up with the chicken and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook it. This location is always out of something, my online order is never ready or they get my online order incorrect. However this is by far is The worst experience I have ever had at any type of restaurant. I I’ve never heard that I cannot get a refund for a paid product that the restaurant does not have in stock. I have given this location plenty of chances but this is definitely my last time patronizing their. If I don’t feel like driving to a different location, then I won’t be eating Wingstop.
