8/21/2018 After placing my order, I asked for a few cups of water. One employee told me someone on the phone would take care of it, but after waiting several minutes while he remained on the call, another staff member eventually stepped in to help.
Unfortunately, all 30 wings were overcooked and very dry. I chose not to bring it up because it seemed likely I’d either have to wait another 45 minutes for a new batch or face pushback, neither of which felt worth it at the time.
One additional note: there were no trash cans available in the dining area. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, but it’s still inconvenient for customers.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the size of the order.
Update – January 1, 2026: I picked up my online order, and the pickup process itself went smoothly. Unfortunately, once I bit into the Cajun and lemon pepper wings, it became clear that both were severely under-seasoned, with little to no Cajun or lemon pepper flavor present.

For such below average food, the service and environment is so terribly bad. People eating crumbs off your food while it’s cooking, unorganized and sloppy service, it’s so bad. Wingstop is already mediocre at its base, why make the experience worse with these workers?

Went on a Friday night at 6 and was told they were only taking online orders, no walk in orders. No explanation why and they had a lot of people already waiting for food so I left

Manager on shift at 7:00pm on the 11/09/2025 was so rude stopped all orders. Cursing saying she was frustrated. I didn’t even get to order any food.

Got a regular fry instead of a large. Fries were undercooked and no seasoning. wings were undersauced/seasoned.
I don't know what they all were watching on TV but I guess it was more important than working.
They're open but only taking online orders. The people here never seem to be taking orders. I wonder if they actually work.

Was attempting to pick up order for Door Dash and first was asked if I had been in the store earlier in the day, which I had not. In fact this visit was the very first time I had ever been inside to this Wingstop location. The cashier still refused my pickup for doordash. Had to call doordash and let them know I was refused service. Really made me feel like there was some confusion or mistaken identity? Not sure but I do know I didn't deserve to be treated badly without explanation as of why they wouldn't allow me to pickup the order? I do know that I will be letting my friends and family and so on know how I was rudely I was treated without reason.

I ordered from this Wingstop location yesterday & when I was eating my wings, I found a metal bolt inside my ranch cup. I tried calling the store multiple times to report this, but no one answered the phone. This is a major food safety issue & could have easily been swallowed or caused injury. It really shows a lack of quality control & customer care. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was too dangerous and unprofessional to ignore.
