Missing over half of my food, and no one will answer the phone so that you can get a refund or food replaced.

This place is so bad man. Go to the other Wingstop near St Charles rock rd. A Worker lashed out on my dad after making us wait over an hour and a half!! I made the order at 9 pm and put to pick up the order at 10:30 pm but they made me wait over 2 hours for it because the system was “down”. Absolutely ridiculous. They blame the system is down and doesn’t get notified the orders being sent but when you ask for your order they get irritated. Do NOT order at this place not even eat at this location, not only the place smells like weed with some old grease but the workers are easily irritable. (I understand people get stressed in a very busy environment but it doesn’t mean to lash out at people and take out the anger at someone when they simply want to ask for their order time.) diabolical man…

I order 50 piece family pack to takeout for a meeting.When It was time to eat I took everything out of the bag and found out my fries were burnt and so every piece of my wings. I could go back to ask for a refund or to have them remake it because it was too late. It was a waste of money. They need to hire better cooks. People that really care of the food quality they serving to customers.

We traveled here from Tennessee and checked in late to our hotel. We ordered from this location well before closing (at least 1.5 hours), receiving updates and confirmations, even an update on the delivery time, just to be notified that our order was canceled RIGHT as the store closed. It is now after midnight and we have no dinner, all because the staff didn’t have the decency to call and inform us that our order can’t be fulfilled before other options were also closed.

I ordered from wing stop overland plaza on line 30 min pst the time it was supposed to be ready still not ready staff playing music dancing I repeat refund the manager said he didn’t no how to issue a refund since order was placed online and that someone would contact me 2 weeks later I have heard nothing 50 dollars down the drain

i walked in on 2/10/25 at 10:50 pm and it reeked of weed, there was 2 people in the back one was bagging an order the other was making food and there was one person at the register. they asked if i was picking up an order i said no placing one, after a minute of silence the person counting change said they wernt taking walk ins. there was maybe one doordasher in there or their friend, no customers, one bag on the pick up rack. obviously not busy at all. i asked if they were busy or something snd if i should place sn order online and after another minute of silence the person still counting change hasnt looked up once said sure. miserable lazy ass people

🤬They are ridiculous they never answer the phone knowing they just screwed up someone’s order making me pay for food and continuing not to put my order in the bag and once you get alllllllllll way home and realize what happened and try to call the store the childish people they have working for them don’t answer the phone knowing they had bad attitudes and probably messing up peoples order they have the audacity to not answer the phone this place took my money and basically scammed me out half my food this is ridiculous 🤬

Made an online order and it wasn’t ready and took about 30 minutes to wait. Inside was so messy. Employees had music from their phone super loud to compete with the dining room music. No ice. Out of most drinks. And obviously closed well before closing time.

Posting for the health and safety of the community: On 12/29/2024 at 12:09 PM, I placed an order inside the store. Shortly after I placed the order, I noticed an employee sitting down and taking a quick break in the dining room. I observed him licking his fingers. After that, he quickly got up and went to the food prep/order making area, and begin touching multiple surfaces. I kept my eyes fixated on him the entire time. This employee then proceeded to bag another customer’s order. ---- He NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. --- At that point, I immediately declined my order, and asked for a refund to my credit card. I was then told by the manager (Ronaldo) that they don’t issue refunds in the store, and the district manager would have to do that. Ronaldo really seemed to careless (or disinterested) about the health and safety of the community while I was trying to explain to him how unsanitary this was. I also have attempted to contact the store directly multiple times, but I’ve been unable to get anyone to pick up the phone.

Falcon Towing & Recovery

website show they are Open until 12AM ,I ordered by 10:45 PM and they deducted the money from my card and I drive there then I found they are closed before 11PM , I didn't get back my money or the food and I keep call them every day no one answer the phone.
