If I could give zero stars I totally would! MY EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL SANDWICH HAD A HAIR EMBEDDED IN THE CHEESE AND EGG!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! This was yesterday morning and I called the store but nobody answered. I hope this gets someone’s attention to the situation soon because this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!

There was a problem with the mobile app on their end and I was told that my $.99 coffee deal was going to cost me full price still,due to the fact that they pushed an incorrect button. When I asked to speak to a manager about it they acknowledged that it was their fault but, that basically they got my points, lost the deal and I still have to pay full price. Poor customer service

I love it when they mess up the order in the drive thru, tell you they can't correct it in the drive thru, force you to go inside and pay for the 1 drink they forgot to add to the order and then couldn't correct without making you go inside. I also had to make them retrieve my receipt from the garbage. I will never go back. At $10 per person for breakfast, I think they can give out a complimentary drink for their screw up.

The staff treat me very special and make sure I'm always well taken care of. When I ask for anything special, that's exactly what I get. However, That is on the midnight shift. I've not been so fortunate with the dayshift
They were so rude talking behind a other employees back about their father and not teaching there staff about what they NEED to learn is outrageous do better
