Food sometimes was made wrong or added condiments I did not order. The Manager was very kind and offered to replace meals both times. She was very cool. I'll sum it up pro vs con The register to the right doesn't always process McDonald's app codes. It still going on as of 2 days ago. The grill gets the code S and the register gets an error code. Inside is cute but needs a deep clean. More training BEFORE a new hire hits the windows. Happy atmosphere, no trouble. Kind caring staff. Somehow My Grinch Happy meal got inside the mix of the app code situation. I NEVER got it because it disappeared. Got an email saying it was the credited back to my account and it's just not there. I would love my Grinch socks 🧦 😂. Invest in a state of the art soda fountain and add on a kids play area and it'll be cool. Deep clean in the kitchen too. Thank you McDonald's

If I could give zero stars I totally would! MY EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL SANDWICH HAD A HAIR EMBEDDED IN THE CHEESE AND EGG!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! This was yesterday morning and I called the store but nobody answered. I hope this gets someone’s attention to the situation soon because this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!
