The new management has added a much needed mind set to the place. Valentines day was exceptional touch with roses and half priced drinks for the ladies. the new owner personally greets you with a smile and welcomes you. Even comes out to take your orders. One thing I notice in the area most bartenders expect the customers to come to the bar. if it's busy I understand that, but with reasonable numbers you should offer that service. I've had an excellent visit each time I've been to Rock Island Line. keeps up the great improvements.
