Im a semi and came I late night. The lobby was closed but the two guy “Austin and drake” came and took my order and gave me a 5 star order ordering experience. Goof guys definitely deserve a raise in this economy.

We ordered online. My husband picked up the order and they tried saying they didn’t have it. After going through the drive and going in the restaurant twice, they finally asked about the total and “found it”. When I opened the food just a few minutes ago(two minute drive to our house), it was all cold, all the extras I paid for were not on the food. My chalupa was hard and cold. The supreme tacos were NOT supreme. Very bare and empty tacos (also COLD) . Front counter guy was trying to give my husband the run around. Absolutely awful. Just paid $30 for crappy food.
It's not that hard to get an order correct. Four visits this month and every single one of them was wrong or missing 2+ items. You make the food, throw it in a bag and say have a nice day.

The food was perfect only problem I had at this taco bell is that we ordered 2 cinnamon twists and 1 order of nachos, they put the nacho cheese in the bag and forgot the chips and the cinnamon twists. Everything else was excellent and we went back thru and they gave us our chips and twists and everything was all good ?
I order a medium drink that was supposed to be dr pepper and it was happy hour it said any medium drank for a dollar and i said a medium dr pepper she gave me a baja blast
