My husband and I visit the white mule winery restaurant periodically. There has been a bit menu change in their sunday fried chicken dinner. For eighteen dollars we received two very small pieces of chicken. Most of the food was cold and the green beans were cooked to mush. I love the family and the help that are involved in this business.But I really feel lthey're going to lose customers unless there are some drastic improvements. In the past, we have been very pleased with the high quality of food preparation.
But certainly not this time.
Wow what a beautiful and accommodating place! I went for my birthday and it was perfect! The food, wine and service were definitely 5 Stars!!!! Everyone had the best time! Will definitely be going back very soon! Shout out to Olivia our server she went above and beyond for us!
This is an awesome place! They have great wine and great food! We were waiting on by Laura who was amazing! She was very patient with us while we were having our tastings of the wine. She was very informative about the wine and the town. We ordered a pizza and a bottle of wine and bought 5 bottles to take home!

I recently dined at White Mule Winery, and their steaks are outstanding! Cooked over an open flame with white oak chips, the farm-to-table local beef is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. The seasoning is perfect, making the steaks so flavorful that you won’t need steak butter or sauce!

This winery is great!
Well known for its all-you-can-eat fried chicken. The steaks are also worth the trip. Salads are basic but the sides are solid. Fries, green beans, mashed potatoes are all good. Service is always good too. I’ve never had an event here, but there is always one going on and the parties involved always seem to be having a good time. The only downside is the wine. It’s not great. It’s not the worst Missouri winery but it’s not great. But they have plenty of beer and the food is excellent.
Large property, friendly staff, very accommodating, great little place to stop off on a road trip. Great wine, pizza was surprisingly good as well.
