Such a great experience! I love the giant pancake, and the server was knowledgeable and fast. The new manager Cassadie was very attentive and considerate. 10/10 recommend!

Change the cooking oil more often! Don't feed customers old hard to eat bread. The manager needs to come to the table to apologize to the customer for the complaints on the quality of food! We have been coming Billy Gails Restaurant, mostly in the Branson area, for many years and we have NEVER been disappointed until today! I don't think we will be back to the Billy Gail's Ozarks again!

They must have a new cook.I ordered a pancake that they are famous for. Unfortunately it was raw.My wife's food and granddaughters food was fine.I guess everyone has a off day.

The food was good... some portions were massive while others on our order were smaller than we had expected based off the pictures. But everything tasted great!

Nice place!

We came for breakfast and i have to say i was very disappointed. The waitress was great! The pancakes were fantastic. The rest, not so much. I got the big steak omelette with hash browns. The omelette was very very bland, no seasoning to it. The hash browns were very stale and did not taste fresh, almost like they were fresh out of the freezer and microwaved. We payed almost $50 for stale, bland food. The only reason i gave two stars was because the waitress was super sweet and the pancakes were fantastic. Would not recommend for the breakfast menu.

We brought our HS XC Team of 20 and they were so kind. The service was quick and friendly. The food was plentiful and delicious! We will be back again.

Jana was a fabulous server! Chatty but polite and prompt. We enjoyed the conversations with her. The food was good, as always. My eggs were overdone but edible.

The cinnamon roll pancake was the biggest and best ever! Bacon was good. I had the smallest egg in the world though. Coffee was so so. Service was quick and the wait people were always coming around to fill up your coffee cup.
