Food is great and I always replace the soda with a shake without paying an upcharge like most places.

It’s a great place to bring your family. It’s a tradition for us to come to Braum’s from the Springfield airport with my grandkids. The burgers, chicken sandwiches, and ice cream are heavenly.
I’ve tried not to be a complainer because their food is fairly good, but every single time I go there they never give sauce. We will ask and they say it’s in the bag but when we get home there won’t be any. It’s not a big thing but over time it gets agitating.
