It’s a great place to bring your family. It’s a tradition for us to come to Braum’s from the Springfield airport with my grandkids. The burgers, chicken sandwiches, and ice cream are heavenly.
Smells clean inside (not like a Fabuloso factory ) and the people are helpful and friendly. Their whole milk tastes better too. But you can't order a gallon of it through the drive-thru. Not sure why but all good. I'll continue shopping there.
Lady that took my order had a attitude for some reason. She never made my shake like she said she would. Fries were cold. Bun on hamburger was soggy. One of the gentleman made my shake, an gave me fresh hot fries. An said he was sorry, which was nice of him. But the young lady never came up an apologized.
