Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Black bean burger was not heated up. Shock to end up with a cold burger. Do you not understand, a burger is to be hot not cold. Would you eat a cold burger? I am sure you would not. Very sad. Won't recommend to anyone.

Received our single Cheeseburgers and took them out of the bag, they looked liked they were freshly picked out of a garbage can. The help were un-friendly as well. Food very marginal at best

I love this place! Definitely my favorite fast food chain, the manager here is awesome, they got my order wrong one time but they gave me extra because of it,which was awesome! The food is always good and the service is always amazing!

The food is good but the title is misleading. I have looked for Freddy every time I go and he is never there. Either he is very lazy or somebody's lying about whose place it is.

As we know everything is getting more expensive. So with that being said. I feel like establishments should step up on meal prep. Our burgers were delish but extremely sloppy. My fries were cool and spilt everywhere...
My shake had ice cream all down the side.. it appeared it was wiped off but it actually just smeared it all over the entire side of the cup.
