Couldn't finish it. I ordered two sweet and sour chickens with three crab rangoons and before I could get 5 minutes down the road all the sauce was spilled out of the containers so there was no sauce on the meat and they don't even give you sauce with crab rangoon you have to buy the sauce to go with the crab rangoon the chicken was overcooked just not very appealing. Oh, the crab rangoon probably had a half a teaspoon of cream cheese in it it was all the wonton on the outside and nothing in the inside.

Just ordered an easy springield style cashew chk for me and my son. Chicken was gross and basically mush. It should have written off as “waste”. Not given to me and mine. Will never be back.

I don't see what the fuss is about. There are MUCH better places to eat BETTER food. They are only open for takeout (which is fine), so you can order at the drive-through window or call ahead (they give you an order number so you need to know it). My vehicle had a nice ambiance while I waited. They had a person standing outside to filter through the customers and either take your order and run it inside or take your order number and direct you where to park. I felt it was a very good system that was efficient and fast. The employees were very nice and helpful and the only reason for the star. I feel the prices are a bit high, especially for how much you get and the food itself. The food, however, was not good. The General Tso's chicken was NOT General Tso's chicken and more like cashew chicken - battered, fried chicken pieces in a very savory, salty gravy that had no taste or flavors resembling General's chicken whatsoever. It would have been better with mashed potatoes than rice...and not called General's chicken. The orange chicken was pretty underwhelming, and the sweet & sour chicken was okay. The crab Rangoon were not very good; they were wrapped like a bishop's hat instead of the way every other restaurant makes them. They were small and not very tasty. We won't be going there again.

Wanted to try a new place so I came here, wasn't the best ordered chicken lo mien. Noodles were very dry with not very much sauce on them an it lacked flavor. Customer service was good, the food not so much.

Our favorite Chinese place in this area! We"ve enjoyed this spot for many years. Food is pretty good. However, tonight they forgot our order of crab rangoons AND they have forgotten my eggroll twice now. I called, they took my name, said I could get my "free" eggroll the next time I was in the drive thru and then just for them to forget it AGAIN. And the bagging of food could be better, a lot better! The cashew sauce is all over the bottom of the plastic AND brown paper bags, leaving my chicken with no sauce EVERYTIME! C'mon Golden Dragon, step it up!

Absolutely my favorite place!! Always best to call and order ahead to do a pick up. The best "springfield cashew chicken"!! They are always friendly. Food is great, like I have said this has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember! At least 15 years! 10/10 recommend! Only wish to change is to go back inside, i miss the lunch dates in there!

I finally dug through the huge mountain of rice to find very few, tiny little pieces of chicken. What a rip off. I wouldn't suggest this place. They skimp in the meat and load you up with rice or noodles.

I love their food, but we come home late and they are seldom open to the hours they publish. I've probably been there 10 times before 8 and they were closed already.
I refuse to sit in their ridiculously long and slow drive through lines anymore. Their dining room is STILL not open years after the hiring crisis is over. I've been eating here since 2007, but with the prices up, portions down, and ridiculous waits, I'm out.

The portions have became increasingly smaller. Their food quality has went way downhill and their prices have gone way up. They refuse to open the dining room. Just not the restaurant it once was. The people at the window are always friendly though. That goes a long way, but not long enough to endure their nasty food.
