Drake was extremely helpful and really nice. Food tasted amazing. Fast service. If you want good Mexican food and great service, give this place a try!

They were short staffed the day we were there. They did a good job, thankfully we didn't have anywhere we really needed to be.

The owners need to be on site for a while here. They seem too hands-offish and letting bad employees ruin their business

Went on a Thursday evening to celebrate a family event. Dismal service and food quality was poor. One person requested rice and beans with a taco, while waitress asked what type of rice and beans during the ordering process, when she delivered the orders neither was delivered. When questioned, she said the taco doesn't come with those. Wings were cold and not sure if it was bone or plastic or reused rice, but burrito wasn't edible. First and last time we will eat there. And there's an auto 20% gratitity for poor service. One of our worst experiences ever.

I used to really like this place. I started going when they won best newcomer at Wingapalooza, about 10 years ago. It sucks to change my review from 5 stars. It's horrible now. Waited forever for bland, cold, unseasoned food. Wanted to leave ASAP, but waited another hour just to get the check taken care of because we never saw our server again. Ordered 3 tacos and they only registered 2 somehow. They were out of everything I wanted. Was a great place, but, nothing gold can stay, as they say.

This might be the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. And I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food.

The last 5 times we’ve gone have been atrocious service wise (including being forgotten about at our table), but tonight the food along with service was poor—we were charged extra for rice and beans (inedible—too crunchy) and this is usually included in the meal cost. $50 for 2 simple quesadillas, rice, beans, and queso.
Unfortunately, we’ve tried to give this restaurant a few chances to see if things would improve but we won’t be returning.

First time eating here and I went in person to order takeout. The cashier taking the order seemed fully done with the conversation before it even started.. I get if it’s a rough day but my order was short and simple. It was just a bit odd to me. And then, since October Fest was going on, we grabbed our food and headed to the car. That is when we realized they had forgotten our 3 drinks. We get home and I open my taco salad and to my surprise.. there is literally no meat anywhere. And the “pico” was just straight tomato. I asked for guacamole to be added and they just added a plain avocado. I also ordered a small nacho for my daughter it was the saddest looking nachos I’ve ever seen.. there was enough meat to fill a toddlers hand. I kid you not. It’s just unfortunate that it was $51 and that is what we got. I had heard so many good things about this place and was just highly disappointed :((

We had a phenomenal lunch experience today on 9/10/24. The blonde gentleman who greeted us at the door, and helped throughout our meal was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our waitress, (darker hair with curls) was top tier, a great conversationist, very well versed with the menu, and so kind! This is a go-to lunch spot for us. Everything is freshly made. Also, love the unsweet tea with Agave added. Highly suggest for your next lunch!

I love this place. Iguana Roja is a hidden gem in the heart of the Ozarks on the square in downtown Ozark, MO. Scrumptious Mexican with sophisticated variations and wonderful vegetarian and plant based alternatives to the classics. Chips dusted with a spice made by Latin American fairies and knock your socks off margaritas. Such a great little date place to escape Springfield and then spend time exploring.
Vegetarian options: Some tasty vegetarian options made with whole foods, skill, and love. Good stuff.

Delicious food, excellent presentation and Ethan provided responsive, knowledgeable, polite and professional services. I had the iguana enchiladas, pork w/red sauce, black beans and Spanish rice. The family had various other dishes and all were very satisfied.
