Love the music in here, one of the boys in there recognizes my son everytime we go in and offers superb customer service to him. My son eats it up. We’ve had catering orders for 2 of his birthdays because he loves it so much.
Biggest pet peeve of a walk-in customer is to not only not be acknowledged when they’re standing there to order when there’s four people behind the counter, but is to have somebody walk up right in front of the order sign and play on their phone and not acknowledge you. It was so apparent that I went ahead and asked do I need to order here or at the register? And I was told to order where I was at, but it still took a long moment of silence for someone to acknowledge me and...
All of the workers are super nice and helpful. I forgot to look for name tags but two girls with brown hair helped me. They were very nice and patient with me and explained everything super well. The food was amazing and super fresh. It was clean and a nice vibes.
