“The protein bowl and protein iced coffee were really tasty! Very filling as well. I had the teddy graham iced coffee and the peanut butter protein bowl. The coffee was very sweet, which is what I prefer! I couldn't eat the whole protein bowl and saved the rest for later. I did spend $22 for 2 items though.“

“With all the negative feed back I will say something positive.. I've been coming lately about 3 to 4 times a week to get the same smoothie every time, and every time it tastes wonderful. “The food here is always great and made quickly. Today, I went to pick up my order and due to surgery on my arm a couple days ago I clumsily knocked my full smoothie over on the counter making a giant mess. Not only were all the employees very nice about it, they tried to make me feel like it was no big deal, despite that they’d need to mop and clean the counter. They remade my smoothie without me asking g even though it was my fault. Absolutely phenomenal service, and genuinely good people. On top of great food!“

“This was a fun find that i have been meaning to get to and i finally did and i really enjoyed it and the lady was very mice she gave us the break down on how it all worked and i got a The Big A sub toasted and a burrito bowl with chicken rice, onion, beans, guacamole, lettuce and a cookie. It was really good the bread for the sandwich was fresh and homemade yum and the bowl was alot the only thing for those who look at reviews it was 25.75 for a 6 inch sub and burrito bowl and cookie worth it tho“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

The place is spotless, the team is so kind and focused on their customers, and they handle DoorDash and in-store orders like pros! I witnessed staff handle a difficult DoorDash situation about needing to have a freezer bag with professionalism and grace, which spoke volumes about their character and commitment to quality. “Izu was so sweet and amazing! Very friendly service and was able to help me figure out a good gluten free breakfast! Coffees were made perfectly and delicious! I got the breakfast bowl without kale (I swear I'm not a child lol), bacon, and with chicken added and it was divine! Had a mocha as well and my mom got their housemade pumpkin sauce latte and they were great! Will definitely be coming back to try more of their gluten friendly options! “7 Brew blows Starbucks out of the water. Better coffee, friendlier staff & comparable pricing makes them the better choice. I think to be hired at any 7 Brew, you have to be a freshman or sophomore at a college which is fine. Always treated good at this location and get pup cups for my 3 best pup friends who wait at home for my return. I don’t bring them with me but they give me the pup cups anyway which is much appreciated. I come here 3-4 times weekly and it keeps me going throughout the week.“
