ordered 2 chicken nugget combos in the drive thru, waited 20 minutes and had to go in to get our food. when we got home, realized 1 nugget order was missing. called them asking for reimbursement, and they said the best they could do was have us drive all the way back and make us 1 nugget meal. when my partner arrived, the worker blamed US, and said we were lying. they even had him call me and make ME drive down there (now have driven 2 cars there and back so 3 total trips.). by the time i got there, they had argued with my partner long enough that the manager just gave us the nuggets. the workers name was hailey. and she was very rude and argumentative. manager have us NO form of compensation, and we wasted a ton of gas for a nugget combo just to get what we paid for. would not recommend to anyone. just go somewhere else. this was our very first time trying it. the food itself was mediocre, and it was so greasy that when i held the bag in my lap for the drive home, the greased soaked through the bag and stained my shirt.

had a young female employee get argumentative & aggressive after not giving me my full order, claiming i was lying & that she knew i was lying. no apology from anybody including management after proving she was wrong. no reimbursement for wasting time & gas, no reimbursement for them being wrong.

This is a convenient KFC right off Highway 65. The food is consistent and it is a large dining room if you have a big group.
Went to Drive thru... staff was awesome! Food was good, however the prices are too high!

Kinda upset how much the cost of the three piece tender meal is now, it’s almost $10 and they changed the recipe, they took the really good breading off the chicken and made the chicken strips really small. Coleslaw recipe hasn't changed it's still really good. Another thing, they didn't have honey, honey mustard or ketchup. Guy at the counter tried to get a better deal on our meal so that was nice. The restaurant was very chilly inside as well. Front door very hard to open for some reason.
Ordered for delivery. Did not get the Gravy for the potatoes and did not get the biscuits. Called to complain, you could tell they did not care. They did not apologize. Did say we could come in at a later time to get them. Well, who wants just a bowl of gravy and few biscuits!!!

I don't know what this is, but there was something black in my and my friends drink....we got water and in both drinks there was black things in them. It kinda looks like mold or something....??? They have been going downhill lately..

I got the eight piece meal A couple of days ago September 21st. The chicken was so tiny All they put and then were legs and wings and they were about the size of my thumb. That is not a meal that is not what KFC used to be. Almost 40 bucks .. it's not worth it . I see all the other reviews have the same excuse. Yes the employers are friendly.. but if you are a manager of this KFC.. I would read that a request in the comments below and provide the people with their free meal. We all paid for a hearty chicken meal not chicken nuggets. Please contact everybody about this complaint and offer us a new meal.. with adult chickens, not hatchlings..
