TERRIBLE! I am from Seattle where the customer service at fast food restaurants is infinitely better. I contacted them and asked how much a meal was and they couldn't even specify basics of meal other than to eventually get me the price, which was way over priced.

I would STRONGLY recommend you pack a lunch or keep driving to St Louis where the food is probably much better prepared and staff responsive. 0/10

Avoid at all costs. I bought two meals and regretted both of them. Old fish, OLD french fries, the chicken was old and had the texture of an old bike tire. This food was so bad that I won't be picking up the replacement food offered by management.

They never get your order right like they screw it up on purpose. Then when you complain they say no refunds. Like it's not their problem. The manager haylee is very rude and even said it's going to the same place so what's the problem but that was to cover up that 1 bucket was suppose extra crispy and 1 bucket was suppos to be original and there was only 2 extra crispy wings and 1 thigh the rest of both buckets were original.. just wish I could get what I ordered and paid for but NNNNOOOOO

My wife and I ordered our Long John Silvers meal. Both with two sides we chose coleslaw and fries. We get our order to go and when we get to our hotel there are literally a few fries I. The bottom of our containers. I counted roughly 15 fries. I called the store to ask if this was normal and the girl told me they were only suppose to give us 12 fries. And then said she didn’t understand what the problem was. Very rude and it took forever for our order to get ready. I wouldn’t eat here again. They also have signs in their lobby that state they don’t give refunds.
