They never get your order right like they screw it up on purpose. Then when you complain they say no refunds. Like it's not their problem. The manager haylee is very rude and even said it's going to the same place so what's the problem but that was to cover up that 1 bucket was suppose extra crispy and 1 bucket was suppos to be original and there was only 2 extra crispy wings and 1 thigh the rest of both buckets were original.. just wish I could get what I ordered and paid for but NNNNOOOOO

My wife and I ordered our Long John Silvers meal. Both with two sides we chose coleslaw and fries. We get our order to go and when we get to our hotel there are literally a few fries I. The bottom of our containers. I counted roughly 15 fries. I called the store to ask if this was normal and the girl told me they were only suppose to give us 12 fries. And then said she didn’t understand what the problem was. Very rude and it took forever for our order to get ready. I wouldn’t eat here again. They also have signs in their lobby that state they don’t give refunds.

Not sure how others had an issue unless they contributed to the problem. I am a regular cuatomer and keep going back because the staff really go above. They try to help anyway they can, food seems good to me..or I wouldn't keep returning. Anyway, keep up the good work.

Went to KFC expecting chicken, left with confusion. Jason (apparently 40 and proud of it) was working the counter like it was his first day—and his last. Took 10 minutes to find the button for a 3-piece combo, then tried to convince me corn counts as a drink.
Asked for extra crispy, got something that tasted like regret. He kept calling the fryer “the beast” and talking to it under his breath. Honestly, I’m not sure if Jason works at KFC or haunts it.
Would not recommend unless you enjoy slow service, weird energy, and mysterious chicken textures.

ordered 2 chicken nugget combos in the drive thru, waited 20 minutes and had to go in to get our food. when we got home, realized 1 nugget order was missing. called them asking for reimbursement, and they said the best they could do was have us drive all the way back and make us 1 nugget meal. when my partner arrived, the worker blamed US, and said we were lying. they even had him call me and make ME drive down there (now have driven 2 cars there and back so 3 total trips.). by the time i got there, they had argued with my partner long enough that the manager just gave us the nuggets. the workers name was hailey. and she was very rude and argumentative. manager have us NO form of compensation, and we wasted a ton of gas for a nugget combo just to get what we paid for. would not recommend to anyone. just go somewhere else. this was our very first time trying it. the food itself was mediocre, and it was so greasy that when i held the bag in my lap for the drive home, the greased soaked through the bag and stained my shirt.
