You should feel ashamed to serve that food! I don’t think it was real meat. Chicken fried steak was a beef fritter. Awful. Chicken and dumplings were green in color. Fried potatoes were old and reheated and all I could taste was grease. Disgusting food overall.

Love This Place, first time at this location, but just as good as the Alabama one
Im really disappointed and dont think we will be back until sam is back at throwing rolls. 3 times we've come back here and brought family with us from out of state for the experience, but the people who are throwing rolls are boring, dont smile, and look like they hate their job. Sam made it a wonderful, memorable experience the first 2 times we came, and we drive all the way from kc just for the experience. The role throwing experience has gone down hill in my honest opinion. Isn't one of the golden rules offering an experience no one else does? Needless to say, I won't be driving the 3 hours to lamberts anymore. Its been a real let down. The food is great, and the portions are great, but when your main attraction lacks the fun it used to, it's just not worth the drive. Lamberts, BRING BACK SAM!

My wife and I go to Lambert's in Foley, Alabama every time we go down to Gulf shores and Orange Beach area. We recently moved to Eureka Springs, Arkansas and found that there was a Lambert's in Ozark, Missouri which is only about an hour and a half away from us and we were excited. We went. We had a great time up until we received the bill. They put a surcharge. If you use a credit card which was fine. We did not use a credit card. We use the debit card. By law they are not supposed to apply the surcharge to a debit card. It says it plainly as state law by Missouri. I brought this to their attention to the corporate office. Two different occasions and they failed to respond to my email. So even though it was only a couple of dollars, you times that by hundreds of patrons that they feed each day that comes out to a pretty penny each day. They know they are not supposed to charge the additional charge on a debit card purchase, but they do it anyway regardless of law. I brought this up to the attorney general's office in Missouri and filed a complaint against Lambert's due to that practice. I have yet to hear back but just beware. If you use a debit card they will charge you the fee even though it is against the law.
