Im really disappointed and dont think we will be back until sam is back at throwing rolls. 3 times we've come back here and brought family with us from out of state for the experience, but the people who are throwing rolls are boring, dont smile, and look like they hate their job. Sam made it a wonderful, memorable experience the first 2 times we came, and we drive all the way from kc just for the experience. The role throwing experience has gone down hill in my honest opinion....
It was everything and more that I had hoped for! Fun and noisy atmosphere but you can have your conversation at the table without yelling. I ordered a steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. Servers tossed rolls and took turns offering a cart of cinnamon rolls home made and fresh, or fried potatoes, or fried okra. Angelica (our waitress), Aiden (roll thrower) and Justin (the manager) were fantastic. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was wonderful and the food was great! Highly recommend the grilled salmon and the green beans. Aiden was especially great when “throwing” the rolls at younger kids. He took the time to tell them to put both their hands out to cradle catch it. Then, he tossed it slowly to the child who was then able to catch it. To top things off, the price was so reasonable…...
