The RV park is seriously crowded and overpriced for what you get. It seems to be mostly filled with permanent residents. But the food in the restaurant is great and I would definitely recommend that.
Great overnight stop after AMAZING MEAL in the restaurant. The one we stayed at was very clean, quite, and a safe affordable place to spend the night
Probably one of the seediest places I’ve ever stayed in my life. This campground was disgusting to say the least. It was nothing but a hodgepodge of old dilapidated campers that looked like were living there full time. No amenities at all. The only decoration was a busted up wooden wagon in pieces on a rusty flatbed trailer. It was so awful that I refused to even get out of the RV. Paid $44 for absolutely nothing at all.
Only 3 stars because I didn't like my food. I had ribs & they were very dry. When asked how i liked the food, i told him it was dry, so he brought me some bbq sauce. It was still dry. The only really good food item was the roll. Nice, hot & soft. 💛 BBQ sauce was hit or miss? It was a miss for me. The waiter was very nice. Would we eat there again? Proly not.
Affordable price, never had an issue, and they have good food only 2 minutes walk
Completely gravel lot, light post by each hookup, full hookups, great wifi, excellent water pressure. It's a little pricey but the hookups are excellent, wifi is faster than most places, and you can't beat the location. There's some highway noise but not as bad as I had expected.
Very narrow sites. It's hard to get into. We would stay there again
Excellent food and service!
40 dollars plus taxes for this parking, don't exaggerate!
What's not to like about camping this close to a Lambert's Cafe?! We ate dinner and then had leftovers the next day
We pulled in around 5pm and there were still about a dozen sites open. Price seems to have doubled in just a couple years. It's now $43 per night.
Pay at the kiosk to turn on power at your site's pedestal. Full hookups (power, water, sewer). Packed gravel lot is mostly level. Sites are a little tight but it was a pretty quiet, uneventful night except for a crazy lightning storm.
It looks like about half the RV park is full-time residents. Everything is neat and tidy and most people waved when we walked by.
Cell service (both AT&T and Verizon) are both excellent.

I've never had a bad experience at the Ozark Lambert's. You're bound to have a considerable wait, but the food is always worth it. My boys all love "the place where they throw the rolls"!
Easy to hookup to....
Decent spot signal convenience store next door
Great food, great staff great service
Update July 2023 - our 2nd visit here. Everything basically the same, but rates did increase. Still reasonable. This trip we plan to stay a month $750. The expressway is excellent and off/on ramps good &wide. Centrally located easy to get to Springfield and Branson. Lots of green grass to walk dogs just a short walk away. Big field of mowed grass our Maltese dogs liked walking around.
Updated from 3 to 5 stars.
Like the Google 360 maps show, it's one BIG limestone parking lot. Limestone parking lot is very clean. No restrooms or office. Recently added is a self-serve automated pay kiosk that accepts credit cards & cash for your payment. Spits out a receipt you place on your dashboard. Good hook-ups & strong 50/30/20 amp electric. City water was good tasting. All sites very long with our 45' coach could easily fit in any site.
We did have to unhook our towed. Did not try the WiFi as we have T-Mobile for wireless data, which both had a strong connection & fast data 150mbps down. All RV sites are "first come, first served" unless a reserved sign is placed on the post (they do accept reservations). So when you arrive, you look at available sites & park your RV. I would suggest a site further away from the restaurant as there are LOTS of VERY BRIGHT restaurant parking lot lights that made those RV sites closer to the restaurant look like daytime when it got dark outside. We dined at Lamberts - huge menu, lots of fun with their "Throwed rolls" and very good home-made food. Remember to take home some of their cinnamon buns for breakfast. Huge & yummy! You will definitely have left-overs to bring home. Locals say go on an empty stomach as they will bring you more servings of your entree if you want. I did ask about receiving mail and was told that we could receive mail & that it would be brought to our site. We stayed at Stage Stop RV Park for 2 weeks exploring the area. When in the area, we would return here again!
