The Fish was Fabulous š The KFC Chicken was really, greasy and tasteless, and the mashed potatoes were instant and bland, their usual soft, fluffy, biscuits, were a big let down, bland, tasteless, and no butter.. If you eat at the KFC/LONG JOHN SILVER'S Restaurant... stick with the Fish!

Last time I came to get fish I thought that it was just a one time thing that it was terrible. So for some stupid reason I came back. Fries and hushpuppies not edible , just disgusting. The grease obviously needs to be changed. The fish was very dark color and just barely edible. I know from experience it only takes about 4 minutes to fry fish. I would've gladly waited. Everyone associated with what was served tonight should be fired. Also the lobby was closed at 830 and you lost another couple customers that csme that wanted to eat inside. We own a restaurant here in town and I know why people love our food. Please do better. But sadly it won't be for me. I will not return

I had a great experience at the Ozark kfc, I watch the team helping and the team work when they got busy and it was excellent if I say so myself. My bone in chicken was as good as I remember back in the day. Will definitely be my new spot to come I just moved in Ozark and found my spot too eat.

Yāall DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I have tried it twice and it was disgusting both times. Everything was re-fried. The taste was āold greaseā and the texture was tough and overdone on the outside from being re-fried. Extremely greasy, one bite and done. It was that bad. Also, was missing half my order. I used to love LJS and KFC but this location in particular is AWFUL. And they wonāt give your money back. Nope. I argued with the person at the window to no avail. Horrible service and horrible food.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEā¤ļøLJS!! It UPSETSšme that SO many LJS's are closing.. PERMANENTLY!! We CAN'T figure out WHY this is happening!! My home town of Rolla Mo. recently CLOSED for some reason as well as the city of Columbia Mo that I'm currently living in!! We have to driveš over 30+ miles to order LJS's... PLEASE KEEP UR RESTAURANTS OPEN!! I wish the Columbia & Rolla restaurants would reopen!! Can't someone do something about it??

Everything about this restaurant was terrible. Remembered why I quit going to KFC/LJS in the first place. Staff was rude, food was terrible, and also when they brought my shrimp out and I requested some cocktail sauce they very suspiciously said they were out. Felt like they just didnāt want to get me any. I was not rude to them so Iām not sure why they acted as if they didnāt want customers in their store. Over heard others complaining as well.
