Y’all DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I have tried it twice and it was disgusting both times. Everything was re-fried. The taste was “old grease” and the texture was tough and overdone on the outside from being re-fried. Extremely greasy, one bite and done. It was that bad. Also, was missing half my order. I used to love LJS and KFC but this location in particular is AWFUL. And they won’t give your money back. Nope. I argued with the person at the window to no avail. Horrible service and horrible food.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE❤️LJS!! It UPSETS😞me that SO many LJS's are closing.. PERMANENTLY!! We CAN'T figure out WHY this is happening!! My home town of Rolla Mo. recently CLOSED for some reason as well as the city of Columbia Mo that I'm currently living in!! We have to drive🚗 over 30+ miles to order LJS's... PLEASE KEEP UR RESTAURANTS OPEN!! I wish the Columbia & Rolla restaurants would reopen!! Can't someone do something about it??

Everything about this restaurant was terrible. Remembered why I quit going to KFC/LJS in the first place. Staff was rude, food was terrible, and also when they brought my shrimp out and I requested some cocktail sauce they very suspiciously said they were out. Felt like they just didn’t want to get me any. I was not rude to them so I’m not sure why they acted as if they didn’t want customers in their store. Over heard others complaining as well.

We ordered fish n shrimp we could not eat it . It had been fried in old oil and the breading was tough due to being over fried. The manager offered to fry us fresh fish cooked in a vat with new oil …. Why was the old oil still being used?? It not only tasted bad it smelled bad too!
This is a place from my childhood, a guilty pleasure. The food is not always good, but lots of family outings ended up here

It's been awhile since I've been to Long John Silver's because they closed both of them in my town. So I'm really shocked at the prices exclamation point it was just a very few years ago that I had coupons to get an extra chicken plank for like a $1.19 they are now $2.99 each $29.99 for a family pack of eight. Which doesn't make much sense to me because if you do the math that's about $5 more than buying them individually and I don't remember anything else coming with the planks

Okay so they don't offer cocktail sauce anymore and don't go there if you only have half hour for lunch cuz you'll be sitting outside to drive through window for 15 minutes it's a joke what happened to that place
