Our food was AWFUL!!! We spend $33.00 for two meals , the fries came out cold and triple fried , our food was too but it was hot . The lady remade the fries . When we went back up to the register again we told them the food was cold and triple fried . They just looked at us with a stare and and didn’t even care , I came home and ate toast . It was my only day off , and now I’m sick from the triple fried ( old fish ) . I don’t recommend this place to eat .

This was absolutely the worst experience me or my husband have ever had. We really should have taken no cars in the lot as our first hint. Second, when we walked in we were ignored for a solid minute while some stood around, chatted at the window with friends, or we're in the back. Third, my food had been sitting for so long in the warmer it was hard; I ordered the L2 meal and the chicken and fries were both hard and dry, and the hush puppies were rock hard. Nothing was edible. My husband's chicken wings were undercooked and sodas were flat for both of us. Overall this is a poorly ran establishment that desperately needs restraining.

Once again the lobby was carry-out only so we had to eat on our motorcycle outside. Also the food was not fresh in anyway. One of the hushpuppies was so hard that it was luke a rock. You couldn't even bite into it. The rest of the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.

The Fish was Fabulous 👌 The KFC Chicken was really, greasy and tasteless, and the mashed potatoes were instant and bland, their usual soft, fluffy, biscuits, were a big let down, bland, tasteless, and no butter.. If you eat at the KFC/LONG JOHN SILVER'S Restaurant... stick with the Fish!

Last time I came to get fish I thought that it was just a one time thing that it was terrible. So for some stupid reason I came back. Fries and hushpuppies not edible , just disgusting. The grease obviously needs to be changed. The fish was very dark color and just barely edible. I know from experience it only takes about 4 minutes to fry fish. I would've gladly waited. Everyone associated with what was served tonight should be fired. Also the lobby was closed at 830 and you lost another couple customers that csme that wanted to eat inside. We own a restaurant here in town and I know why people love our food. Please do better. But sadly it won't be for me. I will not return

I had a great experience at the Ozark kfc, I watch the team helping and the team work when they got busy and it was excellent if I say so myself. My bone in chicken was as good as I remember back in the day. Will definitely be my new spot to come I just moved in Ozark and found my spot too eat.
