We hadn’t been to Lucy’s in so long and tried it again as we grew up in the area. We were severely disappointed. The junior meals came with three tiny pieces of chicken. The large “meals” were not even full. Multiple items were forgotten and we had to go back. To top it all off it was a whopping $60 for barely any food. We were charged extra for sauces and all of the soda was flat. the quality has really suffered. It’s disappointing that a Springfield favorite has really gone down hill. Seeing as all Chinese food is expensive these days, If you have to spend a small fortune to get good Chinese food, this isn’t the place to go.

We love Chinese food, but I hate to say this was very disappointing. The tray of meal looked great, but it was actually tasteless. We were excited to make a special trip and celebrate our anniversary and birthdays, but we only had a grand ride.

The floors are so sticky I thought my shoe might come off. This isn't just a one time experience. Been like this for awhile. What do u guys do?mop the floor with sweat tea

The cost was the best part of the experience. It was relatively inexpensive. The lady at the window had a poor attitude and was glaring at me while I was at the window. The food was very subpar. The stir fry and crab rangoons both had a very weird taste and I was unable to finish my meal. I would not recommend Lucy’s.
