I come to this location fairly often. Overall, I’d say I’m satisfied about 60% of the time. The staff is generally polite, but there’s a recurring issue that’s starting to wear on me. When I place larger orders, the fries are frequently underfilled. These are supposed to be large fries, yet they often look half full. In a couple of cases, it felt like one large could have easily been poured into a medium, or even a small, without overflowing. I understand portion control, but fries are one of the lowest-cost items. Filling the carton properly (or even slightly overfilling so a few end up in the bag) goes a long way toward making customers feel taken care of and getting their money’s worth. If the portions truly can’t be filled to the top, then the packaging size should probably be adjusted. I’m not trying to be negative—just honest. I’d really like to be able to say I’m satisfied closer to 100% of the time, because this is a location I visit regularly. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Went to the new McDonald's in Sedalia through the drive through. All the food was fresh (even the fries). Didn't have to wait long at all. Training paid off ha. Thank you

Always made fresh and always hot food, never had any bad experiences with food except once order got misunderstood and they gave Big Mac instead of quarter pounder but order was made right! Always good service and always clean eating area's! Best McDonald's in Missouri that I been to so far! Always a favorite!

Did a DoorDash order for 2 grinch meals and when we got our order we were literally missing both meal!! We got the drinks and socks that come with it but no food! Called here and told I had to contact door dash and they send you to McDonalds customer service. Will never go here again we have nothing but issues for the very few times we stop here.
In response to the owners response: we did contact DoorDash and all they will do it do a refund for each item missing and was less then what we actually paid. Will not eat here or use DoorDash again!

I know this seems to be a trend lately, but getting orders wrong does seem to happen too often.
The latest, my son, who dislikes sauces, asked for burger with no ketchup and no mayo. It came with mayo. Returned it, and now it had traces of mustard on it (which wasn't an option before).
Would have returned that too if we didn't have to get back to work.
