Food is slightly decent . Just depends on the time of day. My fries were fresh ! Sweet tea is good ! Drive thru line is sometimes long but it's fast food so what do you expect. The employees are nice so there's that.

No breakfast all day, they run out of things and won't make more. Incredibly frustrating for a 10am stop. Got a burger instead and it tasted like well done rubber with far too many onions.

This place is alright sometimes and employees do give great customer service sometimes. I, however, do not like how some employees will dismiss my question or say I must be thinking of another place when I ask if all drinks are the same price in the morning because they are the same price in the morning. Maybe it was a mistake or something that was missed during training, but this needs to be addressed. I've also noticed in the lobby how teenagers or younger adults will harass and mess with other customers, and nobody does anything about it. If this behavior persists, I will personally do something about it and bring up evidence to police. I get that it's just McDonald's, and the pay sucks because I've been there, but harassment will not be tolerated, and dismissing questions from customers will stop.

This has to be the single worst McDonald’s in Missouri. I constantly have issues with the inept workers forgetting orders, not securing lids on drinks, and forgetting about the massive line they pull forward. I often look past these because of the level of expectations you have at a fast food restaurant but when experience like this keep happening you know they don’t care enough to fix them.Avoid at all costs go to the next exit and let this one sink.

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal and did not get my sausage egg McMuffin… I have over an hour drive ahead of me and spend almost 8 dollars on a meal. That’s not edible for a pregnant woman. Now stuck with food that I won’t eat because they couldn’t do a simple task of putting one Correct breakfast sandwich in a bag the morning crew today sucks. The boys look Clueless and high
My handicapped neighbor ordered two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. They gave him bacon and egg instead (even the smell of bacon makes him sick). The cashier wouldn't fix the problem, and being handicapped, he didn't have the energy to go inside and see the manager. Way to take care of the elderly!

The dining room was a mess. They didn't have any small cups to put ketchup in. The manager and an employee had a talk in the dining room about internal business in regards to disciplinary actions which was very awkward for the customers and the employee.

We went through the drive through and first they gave our order to the wrong people and gave us the same bags they touched, then we had a double cheese burger meal with no cheese, even the receipt on the sandwich said no cheese, but it had cheese, but no sauce or pickles. The lady in the second window asked us a question and then rudely shut the window while we were trying to answer her. I understand that there can be errors but really how hard is it to read "no American cheese" it didn't say anything about the other toppings.
