I stopped coming here long ago until my daughter moved back in. We've come to this location 4 times since she's been back (only bc this was where she wanted to eat), & EVERY SINGLE TIME my order has either been wrong, not hot or I paid for something I didn't get. Which was why I had quit coming in the 1st place. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but this is EVERY time! I don't want to spend my hard earned money at a place where this is my experience every time!

They're clearly understaffed. Took 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me to get 2 ice creams, had to ask 3 times for napins and an extra cup as I was handed an ice cream that was running down the cup and all over the lid. The teenager who looked like he was the only one working is clearly not to blame fully as he was stressed, but he should at least be trained on how to handle those situations professionally and not be rude when I have to ask another time for the same thing.

This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s on the planet. They can’t hire good quality employees. Every other time I go there they get my order wrong. Then on top of that they’re rude and cry babies when they have to correct an order. Hope the owners watching these reviews cause this location is going to tank if they keep the same manager there. Also, if you have allergies I’d avoid this location. Especially since they will mix up your order with something completely different.
