We created 2 pizzas we had a cheese and half pepperoni (kids pizza) and our other pizza had steak , chicken, pepperoni &mushrooms onion banana peppers Also I ordered a buffalo papadia And for our sweet treat was brownies

I used to love Papa John's but the manager Whitney is very rude. She hung up on me when I was trying to ask if she was going to refund my card since they couldn't deliver my pizza after it was already past the delivery time. It says in prepared status for over 30 minutes. Whoever owns this store should be aware of Whitney's behavior towards their customers.

We had went and paid for our pizza and the lady behind the counter was very rude. I didnât have my card because I had lost it and had to get my significant others card and I walked out real fast and she decided to say smart comments to my brother. I couldnât get her name but she was wearing glasses blonde hair in a bun!

Delivered to the wrong address, they recent out the order. After about an hour of waiting, finally got it and when it got here it was cold. Wasn't going to complain because they said they would refund it, but they never did. Called to ask about it, they offered a free voucher. Call to try to use it and they said they could not accept it because they already resent out the order. Not ordering pizza from here again.

Visited 4/4/24 . Could get app to work on phone for discount but when ordering the young lady at checkout was kind enough to add it for me. Ordered a stuff garlic stuffed cheese crust pizza with the works. Didnât check before getting home and upon opening box realized itâs not what I ordered . I didnât call or complain so my wife and I ate it anyway. It was still hot and very tasty even though it wasnât what we ordered. So not complaining about taste or ingredients just the fact order was wrong. I would have gave higher rating but fact pizza order was wrong I gave 3 stars. Make sure if you order from here to check before going home.

Papa Johns Philly Cheesesteak pizza has always been a favorite of ours. Unfortunately the last one we purchased there was more of just a plain cheese pizza with little to no toppings. It didnât even have the added on bacon that we ordered and paid for. I did not ask for a refund; I simply wanted a good quality pizza which ultimately did not happen. It seems that quality/quantity at this particular Papa Johns location has given way to a more profit oriented culture rather than a customer oriented culture resulting in sub par products. There are far too many other choices of pizza places to patronize than to tolerate pizzas that are no better than the store bought frozen ones. While losing one customer (me) will be negligible for this particular store, continuation of producing a sub standard product will ultimately cause them to lose MANY customers and eventually trying to âsave moneyâ while reducing toppings will cost them money.

Probably the most mid pizza I've ever had, actually worse than pre frozen pizza somehow. Slow delivery, driver ignored contactless delivery, and instead of actually having the crust being butter garlic they just chucked a cup of the butter sauce in the box. Save yourself some money and order anywhere else or hit your local grocery store, it will probably taste better and save you 30+ dollars.
