Ordered a pizza with a Pepsi and when it was delivered they gave me Pepsi zero sugar, which I cannot have. I paid an extra delivery fee and they still got the order wrong. They have done this to me previously as well. When I called them they tried to blame the doordash driver, even though I ordered through the papa John's website and not door dash, therefore it was not the dashers fault because it was not his job to check the order. We drove to the Ozark location and a very polite employee gave me my Pepsi but said they couldn't take the Pepsi zero, completely understand with company policy. If you order a Pepsi from this location I suggest you specify what Pepsi, in order to not run into my situation. Wonderful food.

We created 2 pizzas we had a cheese and half pepperoni (kids pizza) and our other pizza had steak , chicken, pepperoni &mushrooms onion banana peppers Also I ordered a buffalo papadia And for our sweet treat was brownies

I used to love Papa John's but the manager Whitney is very rude. She hung up on me when I was trying to ask if she was going to refund my card since they couldn't deliver my pizza after it was already past the delivery time. It says in prepared status for over 30 minutes. Whoever owns this store should be aware of Whitney's behavior towards their customers.

We had went and paid for our pizza and the lady behind the counter was very rude. I didn’t have my card because I had lost it and had to get my significant others card and I walked out real fast and she decided to say smart comments to my brother. I couldn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses blonde hair in a bun!

Racing through residential zones and near missing cars is apparently acceptable.
Delivered to the wrong address, they recent out the order. After about an hour of waiting, finally got it and when it got here it was cold. Wasn't going to complain because they said they would refund it, but they never did. Called to ask about it, they offered a free voucher. Call to try to use it and they said they could not accept it because they already resent out the order. Not ordering pizza from here again.

Visited 4/4/24 . Could get app to work on phone for discount but when ordering the young lady at checkout was kind enough to add it for me. Ordered a stuff garlic stuffed cheese crust pizza with the works. Didn’t check before getting home and upon opening box realized it’s not what I ordered . I didn’t call or complain so my wife and I ate it anyway. It was still hot and very tasty even though it wasn’t what we ordered. So not complaining about taste or ingredients just the fact order was wrong. I would have gave higher rating but fact pizza order was wrong I gave 3 stars. Make sure if you order from here to check before going home.
