Had a recent order- store has drastically improved since my last visit in December. Staff over the phone were quick and polite and helpful with me using an old coupon. The front counter lady was very friendly. I forgot my pepsi and called back the store and the manager was very cool about it. Made my day.

Ordered back in March part of my order was missing and the wings were wrong flavor so the store emailed me gave me a credit that allegedly was under my phone number but whenever I called the store and gave the phone number they said there’s no such credit and it’s just been a nightmare all over a mistake of theirs. I don’t feel like they want to make it right so we will continue getting pizza elsewhere

Called about a question on late delivery that got switched to DoorDash and manager quickly corrected the issue. Was not seeking any retribution but was happily met with corrective action. Super swift and kind. Made my night!

The cheesy breadsticks were amazing. The pizza not so much. Why is it so hard to put more then 1 and a half pieces of pepperoni and mushroom per slice? So annoying and now I remember why I don’t order from Pizza Hut anymore

I used to order from this location multiple times weekly and seems like the last 6 months or longer it has really went down hill. Last time I ordered my boneless wings they were pink inside, not cooked whatsoever. They gave me credit and ordered again today. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and spongey wings. This location has went downhill fast..

Ordered plain wings. Got boneless( balled of breading with chicken?? In the center). Pizza with five toppings. Had three toppings! I ordered directly to his face. What is wrong with people?? Glad he got his tip first!! Wow! Aweful!

09/04/24 Made an online order and swung by this restaurant to pick it up. I walk in, and I'm not 100% sure what has happened to their lobby area but there's nothing in it anymore. Not a big deal just something I didn't know happened, so it seems as if this is a takeout only store. You would think that their customer service is better, there were two workers both who made eye contact with me on multiple occasions and nobody came up for about 8 to 10 minutes until I eventually reached out and said something meanwhile a line of two other people piled up behind me while I was waiting. My order was already done and they just did not seem to care that I had been waiting there for that long. After I left I'm pretty sure they went back to what they were doing and didn't even help the guests that were in line behind me.

I made an order takeout over the phone… when I tell you Hunnie… the staff called and said your pizza is ready! I replied I’m pulling up now… the staff met me as I was pulling up with a smile! Did I mention the pizza was well put together, hot, and soooo tasty! Superb service!!!!!
