My husband and I hadn't ate at Sands in years until we knew some of the Ozark football and wrestling moms worked there. The food is typically good, but the service is great and is what always keeps us going back! We love Allie and she makes it so much fun for us. As long as our favorite waitresses are there we will continue going to Sands Cafe!
The food was so incredible that we completely forgot about 'phone eats first.' The pancakes were perfectly fluffy, and the brisket was nothing short of life-changing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
Food is good, the atmosphere is nice and small town feels. Service Varies. It's good but not great. Food gets out fast but, depending on which waitress you get, you could be paid attention to when needing something or ignored and made to feel like you bothered them when asking for a refill or to go box. All the other waitresses are great and everyone else.
