We ordered a burger no bun, because of gluten sensitivity. When we got home the burger had a bun on it. I called the store and spoke with a manager that evening. Manager said that they would have the GM call me the next day. She never called. The manager who said the GM would call said they would compensate with coupons for beverages. Nothing ever arrived. I asked that night if they wanted the receipt, the manager said no. All I wanted was for the GM to call and show that they take allergies seriously and that when a blatant mistake is made that there is some responsibility. I was wrong and will never again frequent this or any other Sonic location.

Horribly slow. Left after 25 minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich and fries with a couple drinks. Never got the food and the drive thru worker was rude when asked. This location is always slow but this was the worst. Not sure if it’s the last time but I will actively avoid coming here going forward.

Ordered on the app a double cheese burger meal with mustard, got home it was a single cheeseburger and no mustard, on top of that the burger was cold and the fries were unedible. Tried to call the store and got no answer at 9:58pm. This wouldn’t be the first time I’ve had issues here luckily there’s a second location now and I don’t have to come back to this one

Garlic butter bacon cheese burger was delicious!! Fries were really good but lots of little pieces not long like fries should be. Root beer was horrible!!! Clearly the flavoring syrup was skimped on making it taste like just flat bitter carbon water. I poured it out and went to a quick stop and bought some in a bottle. Much better!!!
