My boyfriend bought dinner, 2 burgers and 2 tater tots. Don’t give us the 2 Medium tater tots, only the burger and we paid full price for them.

I put in a online order yesterday and as soon as I hit send, I realized it was the wrong one and I mean as soon as I hit it I attempted to call this sonic I CALLED at least 5 times to let them know so they won't make it and figure out how to get my money back and no answer. what's the point of the phone numbers if no one answers it?

I’ve been to this location many times, mainly because it’s near me and convenient. It’s only okay, mainly because they usually mess up any customizations. We usually ask for light ice and light syrup, it’s never any different than the regular drink. Today, asked for no onions and no ketchup and the sandwich was smothering in ketchup and onions. Requested no ice, and the drink came with ice. In general servers are polite and food is decent, but it’s come to be expected something will be a miss most of the time.

I had a frustrating experience here. Part of my order was missing. Specifically a 3-piece chicken strip and when I called, they told me I couldn’t get a refund and would have to drive back to pick it up. I had already been on the highway for about 5 to 10 minutes, and turning around wasn’t easy. I wasn’t even the one driving, my friend was, so asking him to turn around just to fix the restaurant’s mistake felt really inconvenient. It is also really inconvenient for me to go back myself and pick up my missing order. Its a 40-minute round trip for me, and I don't even live here, go to school here, or work here so I don't have any particular reason to return here.
They didn’t offer any kind of compensation until I asked if there could be something for the inconvenience. Only then did they mention they could include some coupons. I appreciate that they eventually offered something and said both the missing chicken and coupons won’t expire, but I really wish they had handled things better from the start. A missing item shouldn’t be this hard to resolve, especially when the customer is already trying to work with them respectfully.

Saturday morning. Since I didn't get a receipt I'll leave feedback here. Is there a salsa shortage? Second time ordering a breakfast burrito. Asked if I wanted salsa then none was in the bag. Took an unusually long time at the drive up for a burrito and tots. Check your order before driving away!!

This location has serious staffing concerns. I’ve been in line for twenty minutes behind two vehicles for a drink. I finally had to pull out of line and leave. It’s ridiculous.

My husband and I drove 3 minutes from our home, sat in line almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. We spent $15 on terrible food!!! His order was WRONG, and mine was swimming in so much mayo that the other ingredients fell out. The fries were greasy and double salted. I threw mine in the trash. We won't be back, BUT, we will go to Culver's. BTW...why does no one EVER answer the phone there?
This location has some staffing concerns. Arrived shortly before 9:30pm on 06/02, pulled into a stall and attempted to place order. The attendant taking the order was likely new (I’m hoping) but could benefit from much more training. It took roughly 10 minutes to place the order and attempted to order a limited time item lemonberry slush advertised on their menus but the employee had no clue what I was referring to, they even went and grabbed another employee who asked me if I was referring to 4 other drinks before I just gave up on that item. Requested sauces that were added to order but didn’t receive. After finally getting the order it took 27 minutes to get the food. When we arrived the stalls were not even half filled. Staff and manage this location better.

Ordered a small chicken bite with the rest of my food never got them. Thought I'd try them out again since it's been a couple years and yep they still suck.
Also don't bother calling them since they cant even bother to pick up their phone
