Very unprofessional experience.The location closing time is marked to be at 9:00 p.m. however, at only 8 p.m. with only us in line, after asking for 2 drinks and a warm bread they took a long time. They delivered a cold bread and responded, saying that the ovens were already off and they couldn't warm the bread...We were able to see people cleaning the tables area, even though it wasn't closing time.I would expect that the food service personnel wears a hair net. That way, our drinks will not have hairs, so disgusting...The use of uniforms seems not to be performed by everyone in this location, so unfortunately, we got horrified with an exaggerated cleavage, clearly very inappropriate for a staff.

I have been going to this Starbucks regularly since it opened on my way home from work but tonight I was treated very bad by the staff. The staff are normally very good and some of them know me by name but tonight they appeared to have locked the doors early. The store normally closes at 9pm and when I arrived at 8:40pm the doors were locked and I could see 3 or 4 of the staff behind the counters so I knocked on the door many times loudly but was completely ignored. I then drove to the drive thru which still had all the lights on like it was open but no one came to the speaker phone. I then drove to the window to be ignored again until I blew my horn and one of the girls just gave me a hand signal that they were closed and they all just carried on with whatever they were doing. If they would have come to the window to just explain to me that they had closed early then I would have accepted that but to be treated so rudely and ignored by the staff when the store looked to be open is not the service I would expect from Starbucks who normally have very good customer service. How do I speak to the manager of the store about this?

This Starbucks definitely had a rough open the first month or two. I have had a few bad experiences as well, one where i waited 20 min over my quoted time for a drink that I had to cancel, leave, and call to get a refund for. I will say they have turned around! The girl working tonight 11/29 was great!! Stopped by twice, both of my drinks were amazing and the staff were so friendly. She had darker hair with red tinted ends, and a few tattoos. So nice! Drink was amazing, made in a timely manner! Keep her around!!

This is a pretty new Starbucks (as of Nov '23). My wife was a store manager in DC, so I've seen a lot of new Starbucks. The staff here are friendly. The service is pretty quick for a new store, and they get my wife's overly complicated drinks right on the first try.

Ive been here multiple times. The service is always quick and reliant. Theyve never messed up my order and have always recommended scrumptious drinks! I loved the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte and then I loved the Sugar Cookie coconut milk Latte. I appreciate that I can substitute for a milk Im not allergic too.

Took way to long to make 2 drinks when there was no line outside or inside instead they were joking around and didn't even know what they were doing, I asked for a venti peppermint mocha with 1 shot of coffee and no whip but they gave me shots and made it decaf with whip,I didn't mind it but it wasn't what I wanted and craving for

Worst customer service you will ever find the young irrigate short dark hair girl with glasses skinny has the nerve to tell me I can't have my underwear lit cigarette in my mouth in my own vehicle in her drive thru and when I told her our coffee is cold she handed it back with attitude and said deal with it someone needs to do something with people like her not let them talk to there customers like that won't go back till they fire her
