The people working this late night Saturday shift don't care at all about their work and have no pride in anything they do. Ordered tacos with extra cheese, and there's literally like 10 little shreds on each one. Definitely not the extra cheese they have the nerve to charge for. Also they need to learn that you don't put the tacos between the hot quesadillas. This just makes the tacos stick to the wrapper so when you open them the bottom is soggy and falls apart and you can't even eat them like a taco. This is nearly inedible food.

I don’t even know why I go there anymore. Did pick up. Get there and I had no frozen drink that I ordered. After easily 10 minutes of waiting at counter, someone finally comes. Get home and my order was messed up (every time). Ask for no sour cream and of course it’s on there. Paid extra for drinks and they said they were out, so that’s a $1.30 wasted, some food wasn’t edible due to sour cream, ( should have checked, my fault for trusting them).

Had an issue at the order kiosk… we spent several minutes placing an order only for the kiosk to crash at payment. It threw a system error saying it couldn’t connect, so I went to get help. The guy working clearly couldn’t be bothered — he flat-out admitted he’d “never seen that before” and acted like it wasn’t his problem. I literally had to ask him to walk over and even look at the error. He showed zero professionalism and even less effort. Just pathetic customer service. Now I get to worry about being double-charged when the kiosk decides to wake back up. This management seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring and maybe bring in people who actually give a damn about doing their job.

Took about 5 minutes to even get them to the speaker, waited another 10 minutes to get my food with only 3 cars in the drive through. After all that my food got burnt as well wouldn’t recommend this place!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. The food was terrible and the service point blank sucked. I will never go into a Taco Bell anywhere anymore. Just wished I could give zero stars.
Always employees hanging out the back door, often the smell of weed is very strong inside the restaurant and outside the back door, poor service, sloppy packaging, items missing. Pretty frustrating location.

I understand it is fast food, but we had random sauce spilled on our bag, no sauce packets even though they asked if we wanted some and I specifically said yes fire (and it was on the screen), the tomatoes on the chalupa were frozen, and the chalupa was soggy. I should have heeded the already established 2-star rating.
