I’ll preface this by saying I love Taco Bell and I probably won’t stop going. I, myself, think the new dipping burritos are pretty tasty. Are they new ingredients Taco Bell hasn’t already for a while? Absolutely not. But delicious nonetheless. However, the few times I’ve gotten them they’re microscopic compared to what they’re advertised as. Maybe try them once and then don’t waste the money.

Cashiers are usually solid here, line crew, usually awful. Every time I come to this location something is always wrong, prepared very poorly, or just flat out missing. Just disappointing. The area coach for this store needs to revisit and evaluate how the crew workers are performing past 5pm. I hate having to complain, but after getting every order for the past couple of months messed up, it is just jarring. Managers are good, there just needs to be more supervision. Before I got this quesadilla, home boy in the window was playing with his zipper and pants in that region, right in front of the window. Baffling. I get it y'all, I used to be a 1st assistant and run shifts, but the lack of care is astonishing, 2 cars in the drive and they do this. Get it together guys, please

Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell so far. Husband brought home two Mexican pizzas and A Luxx box one of the Mexican pizza was dumped on the bottom of the bag. And one of the tacos had no beef in it. Will not be visiting the Taco Bell in Ozark on 18th St. again

Super unprofessional crew, laughing while taking orders and interrupting customers. Asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they can't even get that correct.
Asked for hot and mild sauce, was told okay but still they didn't put any in the bag and we had to turn around and go in to get some. Too many unsupervised children working here, embarrassing for this establishment

I'm not sure about the other Taco Bells but, both in Ozark, MO are very stingy with the cheese on the regular hard shell taco, and always has been. The cheese is the best part of the taco so, please add more cheese

Tina in the lobby is the best. Friendly, funny, and gave us the best service ever. Ty for making our visit to the Ozarks rememberable.

I came in and tried to order the $7 luxe cravings box and tried to substitute the regular taco shell for a Doritos Locos shell and the staff today refused to do it for me. I used to work for Taco bell and I did it for people all the time. All you have to do is sub the regular shell for a DLT shell. The manager there didn't even know you could do it?? She blamed it on the fact that "different Taco bells do different things"?? And that "this one isn't a franchise so we can't do it"?? Like she obviously has no idea what she's talking about because every taco bell I've ever been to and asked if they can sub my regular shell for a DLT shell, has done it. I have also ordered from this Taco Bell in the past and they have done it for me. The lady asked her manager if she could do it and she said no?? Manager must either be new or just have no idea how customer service works because I've been ordering my food like this for YEARS and have WORKED here so I know they can and just simply do not want to put in the work to do it. It's not that hard to tell your cooks to put the other shell in either. The Taco Bell I know will do anything to make their customers happy, even if it means putting a different shell in their food. I should know, Taco Bell was the longest job I ever held. The way the staff acted today about my shell is not reflecting the Taco Bell I used to know because it's so ridiculous I had to walk out with no food and drive to a different city just to get my taco ordered right!!
Update: I went to the Nixa Taco Bell and they gave our food exactly how we asked, no issues. Steven was very nice and helpful, as usual

I think they got new management or something because it has taken a downfall in the past few months. They gave me probably 20 rice pieces in and 5 black beans in my side cup, asked them if they could give me the right amount and she said no. It used to be full to the top, or at least a normal amount. Got home today and barely had ANY queso in my cup and husband had no lettuce. Sad because this used to be a good Taco Bell but is crap now

Joe took our order, super friendly. Jacob was production, making food, and was making probably the best order we have ever had. Woke early to travel, 930 we wanted lunch food. These guys brought it! I eat the cantina burrito and tacos, which are messy at my local store. I asked for extra napkins, no problem but I didn't need them. I am not sure, but these people care about what they are doing! Kudos to Joe and Jacob, I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Great things are in your future with the work ethic and pride you are taking in your job now, will reflect back in your future! Thanks for making our weekend start right!!
