Used to LOVE coming to this location because it was always top notch compared to the other locals….
But lately they’ve been closing EARLY. Sitting in their cars in the parking lot… and even complaining a lot when we pull up just hollering at us while they smoke cigarettes outside.

Tbh, we loved this location for the first few months they were so chill… guess it’s back to the Nixa location.. idk what else to tell ya

Few months ago they deserved 5 stars. Idk what happened..

I’ve been a Taco Bell fan for years, but recently I’ve noticed a decline in value. The portions are much smaller than they used to be, and prices have gone up significantly. It feels like I’m paying more for less. While the food still tastes good, it’s hard to justify spending the same amount for what now seems like a light snack. I miss the days when Taco Bell was the go-to spot for affordable, filling meals.

If I could give this a zero star or a 0 1/2 star I would!

I waited with the kids in the car for my order for A good 20 minutes and probably 12 cars! When I went to pay at the window, cashier said pull forward… So I pulled forward and waited. No one once came out to bring our food, so I parked the car and went inside with the kids in tow... A worker basically said nope ma'am we don't pull people forward. We don't do that… That's your fault. And I said no, your guy in the window told me to move forward, why would I. Apologies this is not good. Customer service at all.

Conveniently located right on a major thorough fair. It’s also nice there next to other food options if other people in your party want to eat something else. The food is what you would expect. It is a clean and new restaurant.

Usually this Taco Bell is pretty good but today was awful. I got a Crunchwrap and paid a DOLLAR for extra meat because there is always barely enough to even cover the bottom. There was even less meat this time than I have ever seen before. Maybe 3 bites with meat and the rest was complete lettuce and tomato. Honestly may never stop here again.

Order frequently and there is always something wrong with our food or something is missing. We always order on the app and have a few add ons and whether it be not getting my add one or not getting all my food, something always is wrong. Last time I went back finally to get what I lost in our deal and the manager showed up in a ski mask and all he wanted was to just get rid of me and give me a chalupa. Didn't want to listen or hear nothing. On top of that, the chalupa was wrong what they gave me. I don't care what your paid or if you don't want to be there. I've been there and I just knew that is where I made my money and knew going in how much I made before taking the job. If you can't do the minimum of counting and reading a really nice ticket that taco bell has provided then please leave now and never come back. Sincerely a loyal Bell customer
