We chose this shop specifically because one person in our party is an avid plant lover. They should either take the “Plant Lab” out of the name or get a plant person as every single plant in the store was in bad shape. Some were practically dead from lack of water.
I wish I could say the coffee made up for the plant issues. However, the espresso was weak & the chai lacked flavor. There was an issue with all of our drinks. I ordered an iced dirty chai - the forgot the espresso shot and just poured it on top melting all of the ice and overfilling the cup. Another person ordered an iced London fog with extra tea and a splash of milk. The drink was mostly milk, if extra tea was used it was drowned by the massive amount of milk.
The young lady at the register was nice, but not super personable.
They were not busy, so it’s difficult to look past all of the issues.
I probably would have given at least a 3 star had there not been so many problems. They really should have a lot more in the way of plants/plant stuff.

This coffee shop was beautiful! The food was very delicious! The coffee was good and did not take long to make. Baristas were super friendly and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place for school and work. The glass conference type room is a nice touch!
