Coffee is good but service is EXTREMELY slow,especially drive through. If you want excellent coffee and fast fast drive through go to Hebrews coffee. Hebrews has great coffee and service is fast fast.Lines are long at both Hebrews just had better and faster service.

We go to carters everytime we are in town. But I had been wanting to take my boyfriend to the Palmyra location so that we could sit inside and enjoy a coffee shop. It wasn't like the last time. I assume they were having a staff meeting or creating plans for the new place or menu. Something. But they were taking up the counterspace and made it odd to get to the drinks we ordered. I will just go back through the drive through at one of the Quincy locations.

Amazing coffee! I had the Sweet Pumpkin with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam. It was heavenly. Very helpful staff, too!
Very nice decor. The only issue I have is them putting ice in drinks when asked not to. Picking up drinks for someone 40 min away.
