Dinner for three on a Saturday night. Service was slow. They were out of crab cakes. No bread is served with dinner. My meal (stroganoff) was way too salty. The dining room is noisy, it's hard to have a conversation. Unfortunately, this is the only upscale restaurant in the area. It's OK, but they could do much better.
Such a beautiful little place! We had the truffle frites for our appetizer and OMG! I am still dreaming about those fries! You’d think oh, they are just fries how good can they be? They are quite literally the very best fries I’ve ever had! Hubby got the Surf and Turf filet and I had the Urban Cowboy. Both steaks had great flavor, tender and cooked to our specifications. Cocktails were delicious as well. Wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere and impressive attention to detail....
We made our first visit to Cole's on July 15 to celebrate my wife's birthday. The cocktails are as tasty and creative as discussed in other reviews. The wine list is respectable, especially if you enjoy Cabernet Sauvignon. The atmosphere is cozy, and our server was very attentive. Would love to be there in the winter with the fireplaces lit and snow falling in the windows. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday, so I'd recommend making reservations....
