I don’t really know where to start. If a health inspector walked in while I was in this Hardee’s I’m certain they would have been forced to shut down. I have only been here once so I can’t say that this is how it always is but I’m not sure I’ve ever been in a dirtier Hardee’s. My family and I ordered two chicken wraps and a mushroom and Swiss combo. The mushroom and swiss burger is my favorite and I was excited for it until I took my first bite and realized that this burger had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. The rest of our food was about the same level of freshness. Unfortunately, we were headed down the road and didn’t have time to turn around and complain in person because nobody should be paying for food like this.
Hopefully this feedback helps and someone starts to hold the staff accountable to higher standards for food preparation and cleanliness.

Several things. MyFrisco burger was unbuttered and untoasted. No straws for our drinks, one order, not 2 of curly fries, ZERO since of urgency to do anything, and little to no ice in our drinks. I have never had such a bad experience at a Hardee's location in my life. DO BETTER!

Went in to get chicken tenders at 10:45 and was told they were not serving lunch yet when the cashier asked when they started serving lunch the manager yelled at her
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese English muffin and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t chew it.

Ordered a beer batter fish combo. The fish portion was small and tasted like one you would purchase from a store in the frozen food section. The bun was dry and tough and the fries were whimpy. For $9 you should expect better.

This location was awful! I only saw 2 staff, who kept talking back and forth to each other on the headsets, instead of really working. There was one customer in the lobby who had already gotten his food and my son and I only ordered a sandwich and fries and waited about a good 15 minutes or so for our food. I didn't see any other orders on the screen, so I'm assuming there were no customers in the drive through. There was absolutely no apology for our wait. The inside of the restaurant was filthy. Will not be back.
