This Hardee's was one of the worst Hardee's experiences. The wait was way to long for what we got, and the staff was taking there sweet time. The double cheeseburger bun was hard, and it was gross. The food was cold by the time we got it. We've eaten here before, and it was way better. Go some were else.

Came through in the evening this past Friday, there was only one employee working and she seemed exhausted and over worked. She seemed like she closed the store down alone by herself which goes against so many things. Real sweet girl you can tell she needs proper help to run the store properly. Management should do much better

Terrible meal. Dried out and cold. Very disappointed because hardees is supposed to be known as fresh made to order burgers. Bathrooms were dirty with sticky floors.

Stopped here on our way back to St. Louis, MO. This Hardee’s was incredibly slow, the staff seemed indifferent, and the food was downright awful... This is the follow up from the owner unbelievable lol....
On July 3, 2025, I received an email from Timothy Doskocil, District Manager for the Hardee’s location in Palmyra, MO. He apologized for my experience and promised to send a gift card to make things right. I provided my address as requested—but nothing was ever sent.
This lack of follow-through reflects the same poor service I experienced at the restaurant itself. Shame on both this franchise group and the Hardee’s corporation. If this is how they handle customer service, it’s no surprise they’re struggling.

Got our food order wrong. Listened to the worker say they were using our wrong roast beef sandwich that we had already opened and discovered was wrong to another customer in the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting
