My wife stopped at the Hardee’s drive-through in Palmyra on a trip back to Hannibal from Quincy. There were only two people working, but they did a great job. The food was hot and tasty the order was properly completed. We don’t eat fast food often and lately when we have the experience was not a good one. Tonight was an exception. Great job! Mike M.

They’re nice and I hate to have to do this, but my food is always always cold. I really hate your buns they are old and crumbly and I really don’t like the taste. There are no other options other than frisco and I’m not really a fan of that either. I hate that it’s the only fast food place in Palmyra now. I work in Palmyra and need a place for lunch. I go there expecting to be disappointed and I’m never wrong about being disappointed lol I seriously have to microwave my food after I buy it and I work a couple feet away….

There is an employee that works here I think his name is Jacob but he is probably the best employee in a fast food restaurant I’ve ever talk too he took my order and made sure I had everything or I needed anything else, He is quite the gentleman I hope he can get the opportunity for a promotion or something of that nature.

There was this guy Jacob who took my order. I ordered some tenders, large fries, and a strawberry milkshake. The fries were made fresh, the tenders were crispy and tasted great, and the milkshake was the kind of good to make you want to have another kid. So all in all that kid jacob is a great worker. It smelled a little strange, but so does every other hardees.

Worst Hardee's and even worse than any fastfood I have ever been to. My ham-egg- biscuit had no ham, egg or cheese. My coffee with 2 cream was black. When we rolled back for the correct food, they charged me ANOTHER $5.17 for my ham/egg/cheese biscuit. My husband's sausage and egg biscuit actually had egg and BACON.
Oh the coffee -when she gave me the creamer, I took off the lid and scalding coffee spilled all over me because she filled it to the brim. I will be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other entities I can think of. I'm seriously considering filing charges about the scalding coffee.
People DON'T GO THERE, no matter how apologetic the owner is responding to your review. It's been years of complaints now and nothing improves ... it only gets worse. Even FB has a page dedicated to how awful this place is. Wish I seen it before we stopped. And it's not the fault of incompetent employees. It's all on the owners.
Just go on down the road and let your tummy growl till you get somewhere with able employees and honest food.

Yeah I usually go there to get a mushroom swiss burger. Today we ordered the double combo, a lrg fry and small shake. Cashier even read the order back. he accidently put in double bacon cheese, told him it was incorrect, he said he changed it to the Swiss meal. When we got food, they forgot the extra fry, and I didnt get the right burger. I live an hour away and was just passing through. Not going back

All the food that we ordered when handed to us was stone cold the burger did. They just threw whole cheese on the cheese didn’t even melt or get cold. The burger was cold. That bread wasn’t toasted when I told the worker they laughed and shred their shoulders and close the drive-through window.

This Hardee's was one of the worst Hardee's experiences. The wait was way to long for what we got, and the staff was taking there sweet time. The double cheeseburger bun was hard, and it was gross. The food was cold by the time we got it. We've eaten here before, and it was way better. Go some were else.

Came through in the evening this past Friday, there was only one employee working and she seemed exhausted and over worked. She seemed like she closed the store down alone by herself which goes against so many things. Real sweet girl you can tell she needs proper help to run the store properly. Management should do much better
